The apartment is very close to the city center which it's the best about it. And the parking space is ok tho the car we drive is quite large, with good skill it's no problem.

I didn't know it was on the top of the building(the third floor) so we had to climb quite high with our luggage. It's not a problem for us but if you travel with elderly people or someone with a walking problem, please put it into consideration.

The location was fantastic. Right on the edge of the Riva - and the old town/Diocletian's palace was only a short walk away. The apartment was very clean and quiet - very peaceful, actually. Plenty of hot water and clean towels available, and the aircon was a plus as the weather was warm. Lots of great restaurants in the area, and it was sited in a great position to join boat trips as you could be at the meeting point in literally 2 mins. A couple of handy supermarkets nearly too. All in all a great place to stay when visiting Spit.

The furnishings and dining-ware were a little tired, and the climb up to the 3rd floor was quite tiring after a long day sight-seeing! However, neither of these things detracted from it being a comfortable place to stay in Split. We knew it was on 3rd floor before we went, so cannot complaint about that. The car-parking situation was challenging - cars were often parked in the lane in front of the property, which essentially blocked off the exit and would mean you could not get the car out if you needed to (like to get to the airport!). The lane itself was tough to negotiate in an unfamiliar hire-car - we ended up not using the space and parking in a nearby car-park.

The location (especially with parking included) cannot be beat. It was literally a one-minute walk to the Riva. The apartment was a perfect size for a small group. Everything was clean and worked as expected. Balcony was great. We even used the washing machine and hung our clothes on the line outside.

A lot of stairs to reach the apartment. One of our group has slight mobility issues, so it was a bit tough for him. But it was typical for the age of the building and location. Not a real complaint.

Clean, spacious, top floor apartment in the heart of old town. Once we figured out the parking with the hosts' help, we left the car in that spot for our entire stay. We didn’t need it as everything you might want was within walking distance if you are reasonably mobile! Great air conditioning! Comfortable beds! We were all seniors in our late 60's to early 70's in good shape, so the stairs weren't a problem.

Fantastic location, quiet but very close to restaurants and bars and right next to the old city. Having parking was a bonus. We really appreciated the owner's flexibility in allowing us to check in as early as possible to make the most of our single day in Split and welcomed (and followed) his restaurant recommendations.

Our host was so wonderful he met us at the location and even parked our car in a near to impossible spot on the premises. The location could not have been better. It was beyond our expectations in every aspect. Many thanks

It's a great little apartment, in a very nice location --- central and quiet at the same time. There is parking in a courtyard. Two very nice separate rooms.

One must carry one's suitcases up several flights of stairs. Nothing that the host can do about that, and it was just welcome exercise for us, but it might not be suitable for everybody.

This apartment was beautiful and in a perfect location. The owners were really friendly, helpful, and responsive to questions and messages before arrival. The kitchen is well-equipped for a few days and we really appreciated the coffee.

This is not the fault of the property, but just be aware that you need to reverse park by driving up a tiny alley. The larger the vehicle, the more challenging the task.

LOCATION WAS REALLY GOOD

THE STAIRS. WE WERE FOUR OLD LADIES AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD ABOUT THE 6 SETS OF STAIRS . WE FOUND THESE VERY DIFFICULT. WITHOUT THE HELP OF THE PERSON THAT DILIVERED THE THE KEYS AND OUR DRIVER WHO PICKED US UP WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO COPE. MAYBE THAT SHOULD BE ADERTIZED.

We were met outside the apartments and was shown around by the host on arrival. The rooms were bigger than we thought they would be. Area is so convenient to walk to local attractions and restaurants. Would defiantly recommend the apartment and may well come back.

The smell of cigarette smoke on entering the building. but this was a personal opinion and we could not smell any smoke once we were on the stairs to our room.
