Absolute gorgeous view, quiet atmosphere, kind and helpful people at the reception.

Everythjng is ok, but in the future it can be a matter of discussion making connection between the hotel and some points of the town by a minibus shuttle according to a clear timetable for the guests price of which could be included into the price of the room because walking along the main riad to the bus stop is not that safe and using taxi service twice a day... a bit expensive.

All staff very friendly. Plenty of choice for breakfast, cereals,hot food, fresh fruit, pancakes,yoghurt and smoothies, pastries, cold cheese and meats. Evening meal either a la carte or buffet style. Amazing views looking out over the sea from room balcony, fabulous sunsets from restaurant and bar. If your budget allows stay in a premium room with a balcony view, most definitely worth the extra money. Even though the hotel was full, hardly ever heard any noise at night. Reception on floor 0, restaurant upstairs to level 1, and rooms down from reception to -1 to -6.

Sun loungers by a section of the pool didn't allow much room to walk past. No milk automatically supplied in the rooms, but bar staff were always willing to supply a small jug whenever needed.

Perfect, just perfect. Super clean, super staff, ivana at the reception was a delight and breakfast is spoiling you!!!!

It’s a bit far out so going into downtown we took a taxi, in the evening there is nothing to go out and walk around. But we had two pleasant evenings in the bar 😉

As advertised the hotel is quite a way up the hill, so had amazing views & a wonderful view of the sunsets from our room. Although it is a bit of a hike down into Dubrovnic the busses are very good, cheap & frequent. Took us about 40mins to walk to old town, using both steps & walking along quite quiet roads down, obviously busy once you got closer to old town. Hotel is very comfortable & clean. We had half board & food was very good. Pools are nice & lovely to have an indoor pool as well with loungers so you could keep out of the sun if you want to.

No problem with anything

Although the property was a bit further out from the old town it was close to the harbour and there were stunning views. The hotel gave us a free upgrade with a balcony with was lovely. Hotel was very clean and staff helpful. The spa facilities were always clean as well and great to have both an indoor and outdoor pool. Hotel bar also reasonably priced. Spent more time in the hotel than usually would due to it feeling so relaxing and welcoming.

The only downside to our stay was we believed this was a non smoking hotel however guests were able to smoke on their balconies meaning the smell travelled into our room when the window/balcony door was open. This was raised with hotel staff who stated nothing could be done as smoking is allowed on balconies. As non smokers this was disappointing. It is down to luck whether other guests in rooms close by are smokers or not.

Amazing views over the bay from this hotel, really perfect sunsets. A lovely small pool, again with great views. Lovely staff and a great bar and restaurant... Did I mention the views?! Dubrovnik Old Town, with the walk around the city walls is an absolute must-see!

It's quite a long way away from the Old Town, although closer to the ferries. We were happy to walk (and there's a beautiful route you can take to the Old Town) , but it's not for the faint hearted... We counted 514 stairs up from the waterfront up to the hotel! There are plenty of taxis around though if you can't face the walk.

Lots of positives to this hotel, very good breakfast selection, great facilities indoor and outdoor pool. Staff were friendly and helpful for any requests or support needed. Hotel location is quiet for sleeping. Rooms are very nice, comfortable and clean.

The location is not great for perhaps older people or young children to get to tourist spots. The hot weather deterred us from making the walk to local spots by foot as it was 30 degrees plus during the time of our visit, I’m sure during normal weather it could have been easy to walk to some tourist hot spots such as the old town.

The views from my balcony room were wonderful of the ferry port below. I enjoyed the balcony especially at night with a glass of wine. The included breakfast was great! The staff at this hotel are wonderful - very helpful and the staff in the restaurant are very hard working keeping the tables clean and the food hot and coffee pots full. Thank-you.

I loved the location for the views, but being on top of the hill required walking down or taking Ubers who were very fast to pickup and deliver back to the hotel. You can walk down the hill, but not with luggage.

The view was fantastic, the staff was really nice. We got a nice recommendation from the reception, a restaurant that wasn't full of tourists. The bar, the pool and the hotel room had all fantastic views. The rooms were clean and very nice. The shower was the only thing that seemed a little outdated and the doors were hard to close.

The location is a bit tricky, as many taxis didn't want to come up to the hotel, and if you walked a street or two down, the price went up double or tripple, so we walked a lot, up and down. It's also far away from the old town, and there isn't much in walking distance. The spa was great, BUT a big minus is that we had to wait 45 minutes (!) for the masseuse. Customers that are 45 minutes late, shouldn't be accepted in, that was just rude for customers like us, because it affected all our plans that day.
