We appreciated that the property offered indoor parking, a pool, spa & sauna.

There were kids at the pool, in and out of the spa, until it closed at 10pm. I understand that the amenities cannot stay open 24/7, but it would have been nice to enjoy the spa quietly, with no kids screaming and yelling from 10:00 to 11:00 or midnight. The guy that was working at the pool was rude and eager to leave. There were kids in the spa when we returned the next morning also, even though rule #2 states that children 14 and under were not to go in the spa.

Thought we should have the buffet for breakfast. On Saturday, my daughter and I went down to eat our diner, but we found that the restaurant was closed because there was no server, and we were not told that before only untilwe came downto eat.. It was around 8:30 as we were told the restaurant usually closes at 10 pm. I had to think about what we could order. Also the pool was very cold 🥶 and this was not good as it rained all the weekend

The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel had numerous areas to eat, work and socialize. I didn’t know anything about the city and didn’t plan our activities, so I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was so convenient to so many places of interest. It is near McGill/ Fine Arts Museum area, Place D’Arts, St. Catherine Street, Eaton Center with Time Out Market, many nice restaurants, and it was a one block walk to the Grey Line sightseeing tour stop. Highly recommend.

THis was our fifth stay at the Delta, for the December holidays. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and proudly bilingual. Because of weather and transport cancellations, we had to stay two days beyond our booking; no worries for the hotel staff. We would especially commend Brandon and Stephane, hosts in the Brasserie restaurant, and Laurent,, host in the breakfast room. Delta is our "go to" in Montreal!

We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The location was central to everything we wanted/needed to do on our bachelorette trip! The manager was excellent and efficient, the staff were beyond welcoming and helpful! The guys who brought the furniture to our patio were so friendly and didn't seem to mind bringing it up at all which was so nice, and the housekeeping did a super job! Our stay was amazing, beautiful, and fantastic!

The price difference from what the app came up as and the price at the hotel was a shock but it was quickly explained and fixed! There was no microwave in our room so that was strange but the front desk actually brought one up for us upon asking so that was all good in the end as well!

The breakfast was good. Location is great. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'd stay there again.

We booked 2 separate rooms. One room came with great beds while the other room had worn out beds that were practically a bowl shape. The staff had already been very accommodating and we didn't want to ask for anything else so we lived with it.. But the mattresses definitely need replaced.

The hotel was very good! Cozy room (it was not rectangular like in most hotels), very quiet inside the hotel and no noises from outside. Wonderful pool and jacuzzi (they even had a lot of inflatable toys for kids - my kids were happy). The beds were very good (I have a problem with my back, so it is extremely important for me). The staff was amazing - patient and friendly always! Thanks a lot!

Good home cooking style and lots of food. Great coffee. Loved the cocktail lounge atmosphere and food selection. We ended up there each night for a late night bite or meal. The salmon with risotto was my favorite meal.

Twice I had to ask front desk for coffee refills for in room coffee service. A small inconvenience compared to all the lovely amenities that were offered at our hotel.

Just WOW!! First trip since the pandemic hit and stayed here 8 nights. The staff are all super friendly, reception, room service, cleaning staff. Barbara was AMAZING; she listened to my needs and truly took the time to explain everything and find me the right room for this really great stay. Her positive energy was so welcoming and kicked off my vacation in a great way. Snir was also super helpful and friendly! Blessed to have met them both at check-in. A big MERCI again to you Barbara and Snir as well as everyone on your team for such a great experience. Covid: Hotel is super clean and Covid protocols are in place - feels safe. No issues for me getting elevators during off peak period (covid protocols - 1 person/bubble at a time) and avoided peak elevator times if I could (check-in / check-out times)

Loved everything! Would not change a thing! Highly recommended and will be back :)

They didn't reimburse me last night family emergency had to leave anf they said bc I booked thru booking .com I'd have to ask them so when I did before 11 am they said to inquire with delta Marriott montreal so a bit of a runaround wasn't reimbursed one night I was checked out before 11 Aug 13 nor reimbursed.
