Best Western Plus Muskoka Inn

All the staff were super kind, accommodating and attentive. Nice rooms. Pleasantly surprised by the breakfast quality (eggs, ham/sausage, waffle iron on top of standard continental). Also an awesome fancy cappuccino/coffee/hot chocolate/french vanilla machine. Has a pool, small gym, and just generally everything was nice, new and clean. Definitely recommend. Just a quick 5 min car ride away from most things.

Room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a good selection of items.

For us the location was a little out of town and we had to use the car throughout our stay. However, others may be pleased it is just off the main highway.

We stayed at your location because it stayed on the site you had a hot tub and after hiking and snowshoeing we wanted to use the hot tub before going out for dinner. Then come back and maybe use it again only to find out you don't have one. You need to update the web site that stated you have one I was disappointed and so where my friends.

The overall service was great

Our sympathy goes out to the hotel due to the Covid restrictions. The front desk staff were pleasant and welcoming; the lady who served breakfast did her very best under difficult circumstances.

The breakfast "sandwich" that we heated in the microwave was inedible. Perhaps something like granola bars might help? We had to eat back in the room because the table outside was occupied (the weather was very nice). Of course we understand the challenge of these times, but the price tag ($200) was a bit steep given the limited facilities.

The jacuzzi. It's was newer sound proofed . It had a very good feeling. I was having a stacation. My apartment is full of mold and until I find somewhere else to live I have to get oitbof there once a month

Very new and modern building, attractive layout, spacious rooms, very modern bathroom. Breakfast next morning was excellent, nice dining room, lots of choices. Location is great, near the highway and stores, but still quiet.

Excellent location for exploring nearby parks, trails, etc. Rooms were clean and spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Booked room with spa tub - size was much smaller than expected, so a bit of a disappointment.

Breakfast was great. Staff accommodated Ironman athletes by opening early on race day much appreciated.

Quite a distance to the race venue, but now really a fault, just circumstance.

Our room is quite, safe and clean. The internet is good. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Every time i called to ask something, they were happy to answer and accommodate me. The pool is opened for guests, just need to sign up ahead. And only us was in that pool that time so its kinda private and comfortable. Breakfast is included in the room price with choices such as: sandwiches muffins, croissants, fresh fruits, granola bars, cereal, milk, coffee, orange juice, yogurts...

The key worked not really well. I had problem with the key 2 times. I had to ask a staff to change for me. It’s quite annoyed that you can’t open the door when you’re tired and want to enter in the room asap. I hope you can have Netflix, cuz I have an account but I can’t login to watch movie i want. It will be better if we can have some bottles of water in the room.

Everything was so clean and the room had enough linens. The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was very good. We stayed in a king suite with jacuzzi and it was in great working order. I would rate this hotel a 10 out of 10. I will return to this hotel again.

I can not say anything to improve our 3 night stay was wonderful.
