Large room, balcony, clean, very clean bathroom

Super clean and comfortable. Close to great restaurants - within walking distance. An extension of the main st so everything is close at hand. No view of water if you are going for that. We were lucky to have an early check in (not always possible, so don't expect) and the staff was super kind. We were allowed to leave one of the vehicles after check out for a few hours which was also very helpful.

Only issue was someone left early in the morning (before 6) and they had to walk past our room on the second floor balcony and it was super loud and shook the bed - so bit of a weird lack of insulation or something there - I thought someone was trying to crawl into bed with me it startled me so much. So maybe don't book on the second floor if you are a light sleeper.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Fridge, microwave, complimentary coffee, sofa and wifi were provided in each room. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The Inn is on the main street within walking distance to stores and restaurants. We reserved 3 rooms and they ensured that our rooms were adjacent. They also upgraded one of our rooms, without us asking, at no extra cost to us.

The building is a bit older and the rooms aren’t luxurious, but that is to be expected at this price point. When the window was closed and air cooling (via heat pump) was off, there was a mild musty smell, but this lasted only a few minutes. The heat/cooling pump is a bit noisy, but wasn’t needed during our stay. The second floor rooms required walking up a flight of stairs, but we knew this at time of booking.

Have stayed here a number of times over the years and we know what to expect. Simple rooms with the amenities we like such as Microwave, Fridge and coffee maker. Rooms on ground level are small and so is the bathroom but its fine for a couple of nights. Good location, close to the golden arches, KC and walking distance to grocery store.

We are not fond of the microfibre sheets on the bed which slide around all the time. Also there is hardly any space to walk between the bed and the window due to the smallness of the room.

Its an Older motel was good for nights stay ... owner friendly and willing to make things right ...

The bath tub non-slip matt had an odd moth ball smell and didn't use coffee maker as had last people water sitting in the brew holder ... other than that no complaints

It was just consistently good overall, no rough edges. The room was nice and big, very clean and it felt very spacious.

There was nothing I didn't like. Balcony walkway felt a little dated and the stairs were rusty, but the rooms made up for that.

In a great location a short walk from the main part of town. The room was very clean and comfortable, AC worked great on a super hot day. Staff was friendly and accommodating . All in all, a basic motel but perfect for my one night stay, and met all expectations.

It was a great location extremly clean and well maintained room.i wasn't able to get the tv too work and I called the office in less than 2 mins the employee was at my room and fixed my problem that was very nice to have been served in that way

Room size, comfort of bed, cleanliness, soundproofing, access to Wi-Fi, work desk, friendly staff, location, parking, landscaping, temperature control.

Given that I have a disability (MS compromised), I should have received a first floor room. I did manage just fine on the second floor but I needed assistance to and from my room... accessing the stairs.

The staff was friendly and helpful and stayed up to give us our keys when we arrived quite late.

Unfortunately the insulation between the rooms was not very good, we could hear other people's TVs early in the morning (and their showers running, etc.) Perhaps they should try to place guests farther away from each other.
