Very high end hotel. Location and cleanliness were excellent. Beautifully presented hotel (we heard it was rebuilt from fire in 2022, so it’s basically brand new and it shows). Pub was good, restaurant was excellent, waking distance from everything, the only thing we’ll think twice about in future is the price.
My only complaint is the price. Website said $350/night which was already really high, but after taxes, etc it worked out to $410/night which was monstrously expensive for essentially a big bedroom and bathroom. I get National Parks are pricey and everything is more expensive now, but that is borderline outrageous. We’ll look around for a better price before staying there again.

The room was so amazing! It was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable! The view was really nice, and it was sooooooo relaxing to be able to lay in bed and watch movies. They also put a tray with tea and cookies on the bed for us!
My only complaint(s) was the bathroom didn't have a fan (the fiance got really bad food poisoning), and the lobby was closed after a certain hour. We went out on a late night walk and the door latches shut and locks when you leave so you can't get back in(we tested it with one of us going out and seeing lol) The door was locked but we propped it open slowly with its own lock so we could get back in. I'm just thinking about what we would have done if we were out late drinking and couldn't get back in the building lol The price was high for the room but honestly, it was worth it, I just wish it was a bit cheaper so I could have afforded to stay 2 nights. Also I think the elevator is haunted already 😂

The Kilmorey Lodge has a nice, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. It's a great place to unplug and unwind Our room was comfortable and quiet. A little too warm for our liking, but the thermostat was easy to navigate and we were able to adjust the temperature without any difficulty..
I was a little disappointed in the restaurant. For a high end, pricey restaurant they got my order wrong, and my bison steak tasted like a gristly, rare beefsteak. I know the inn is new and they are still working out some kinks, but they need to pay attention to small details like wiping down baseboards, the grooves in the doors, and other hard to reach places.

This newly renovated lodge was conveniently sited in the village and offered spacious restaurant and pub seating during our off season visit when many other establishments were closed. Lots of free parking, the room was very clean, everything was in excellent working order and decor tastefully updated but still in keeping with the rustic ambience. The in-room tray of sugar cookies and boutique tea with china cups was a very sophisticated and welcoming gesture. Staff were all incredibly polite, professional and fun. I'm so pleased to have found this lodge (which wasn't yet reopened and booked on faith) for our very first visit to the famous and beautiful Waterton Lakes National Park.
A very, very small thing...The low flow shower head, although pretty to look at and likely highly water efficient, was a bit lower in delivery pressure to suit our personal taste. Also be prepared to spend more on restaurant meals due to the location.

Location of the lodge, just opened a month ago and it was simply great and rooms were large and comfortable. Room well built. I liked the welcome tea and cookies. Cookies were scrumptious. Made in-house. Pity they did not have them for sale. Everything in the rooms were great except for a few glitches. They had the Kerig coffee too. Loved the food in the restaurant and the outdoor dining with the lake just by the restaurant. The Cordon Bleu Chicken was the best my husband ever had. He was gushing over it. The Guinness on tap was pretty pricey though.
Few glitches. No towel railing in the bathroom. No place to hang hand towels or wet towels. No phone in our room. Perhaps still in process? They forgot to place a trash can in the room, only in the bathroom. Tiny glitches in our specific room. Though a solid door, there were gaps and bright hall light spilled through during the night. Annoying for those who like the dark in order to sleep. Tiny parking spots but luckily one could park on the street for free. Better parking on the streets.

Location excellent - right by the lake Loved sitting on the deck and looking at the lKE Rooms were excellent. attractive, Very clean and comfortable - especially bed Towels and bedding and robes were top quality Everyone was very good to us Restaurant was good - we ate two breakfasts and a dinner and all food and service was very good and good value for cost
The TV was very confusing and not easy to use. Maybe instructions? A few tiny things not yet there - like an ice machine - no biggie. WE were given a bucket of ice by the front desk so that was appreciated. I personally prefer a tub but the shower was excellent.Hot and strong. I did find it super pricey though. For the cost maybe a hot tub or spa would add to the value.

The restaurant and bar were excellent, both in quality and menu choices! The staff was very friendly as well! Our room had a great view of the lake and mountains, and was very quiet. Walkable distance to downtown and paths another bonus!
Restaurant quite insistent on wanting a reservation for meals, we prefer freedom to go as it works out as the day progresses,

Breakfasts were excellent. Patio breakfast was very unique with wildlife seemingly not afraid of human presence. Rooms were superb, however in future we would request a broom with a balcony just for the view.
The only improvement we could think of is if all rooms had balconies. We were totally satisfied with the staff and the accommodations.

Beautiful Location, staff was exceptional.
I did not have hot water at the sink level in the bathroom but we had hot water for showering. There was no room to hang my clothes while showering or placement other than the floor.. I had booked for dinner in the dining room, but I checked it out, it was really not a experience I wanted. We ate in the Pub...that wasn't really a pub it was a family dinner space.

Love the location. Very clean. I miss the old building and have many memories from that place, but they did a good job with the rebuild.
I think they are really short staffed. Our room wasn’t cleaned after the first night and the wait staff was struggling to keep up. Still very friendly and I don’t blame them. Just a challenge.
