Parkway Motel & European Lodges

We didn’t expect anything fancy so this motel fit our needs - price and location were a perfect combo for a single night stay before a day of snowboarding at Castle Mountain. Beds were relatively comfy and bathroom was clean and nicely lit. Loved that our room had ample amenities like a fridge, kettle, ironing board, hairdryer, cups and coffee maker.

A spot was missed in sweeping/vacuuming of the floor. Also the single fuzzy blanket didn’t feel sufficient but the room was nicely heated so didn’t actually need another blanket (I just like the weight of having one).

Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Toiletries included. Each room has a kitchenette and most rooms have also a child "annex" with single bed. Location on the main road was convenient, road noise wasn't an issue. Laundry facilities in the building were clean. Convenient for shopping and meal options

Nice folks run the place. The beds were comfortable, and the motel appeared to be recently renovated. There are also laundry facilities on-site.

There was only one blanket on the bed, and I had just skied in -35 degree conditions, so I had to take the blanket off the other bed to try and warm up. The breakfast was canceled due to covid. That's ok, but it shouldn't be advertised that there's still is a breakfast on booking.com.

I like 3nights overall stay, I am happy for the cleanliness of the room and the new renovated bathrooms. Staff grant the room that we preferred which is infront ,thats why we are so happy about it so our furry babies can just go outside the room and do their thing if needed. Staff is so friendly and they are cleaning the room everyday.

They should put a blockout curtains every summer and the thin curtains in the winter because the sun is shining right infront of the rooms and making it hard to sleep in. Sun is shinning around 4:30ish am in summer time.

Very well stocked with everything needed to make it a pleasant stay. One recommendation would be to be more clear about how to access heat and a/c controls. Really nice staff. Very polite, professional and friendly.

Booked a queen room with kitchenette & was upgraded to a king with no extra charge. The bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom is very nice & clean as it was newly renovated. It’s a family run business and they are very nice & friendly. It’s in a perfect location with easy access to everything. Will definitely recommend it to friends & family. It was a nice stay!

Quiet, clean and comfortable motel. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to Waterton at a fraction of the price. Inside is nicer than the outside appears. Definitely would stay here again!

Only negative was the loud air conditioner, but I’ve never encountered a quiet window air conditioner, so not a surprise.

i like my overall stay

the thin curtains. Sun is shinning right infront of the room they should blockout curtain in summer time. For the people who wants to sleep in a bit because the sun rises around 4:30ish am in the summer.

No breakfast because of Covid-19, but they provide us with a kitchenette, coffee maker, and utensils to cook our own breakfast.

Everything was very good. If they would have some common areas, like a pool or a gym, it would be even better. In any case, it would have not made a difference in this covid situation because common areas would have been closed anyway.

Free upgrade to king room. That was great of the owners. Room was big and bathroom was brand new. Would stay again.

No Breakfast. And junk cars and garbage right in front of Hotel.
