Our room was lovely, with long windows overlooking a quiet square with a church; the area was very peaceful, although within ten minutes of the centre of Brugge. The bed was really comfortable. There was a coffee machine in the room, and when Ann realised we drank decaffeinated coffee she provided that as well. The bathroom was great. The weather was cold when we visited so it was a welcome touch to have controllable valves on the radiators. The breakfast was absolutely superb with boiled eggs; lots of fresh fruit; yoghurt; cheeses; cold meats; cereals; lots of different rolls and bread; freshly-squeezed orange juice and tea or coffee. Ann was lovely and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and bars.

The bathroom was divided from the bedroom by a curtain; we might have preferred a door, but it wasn't a huge problem!

The check-in process was really easy, the host sent us the instructions and they were easy ti follow them. The location is amazing, just walking distance of any point of interest. The property was exactly like pictures, the room and the bathroom were really spacious and everything was so clean, the hostess were extremely friendly and nice with us, breakfast is very complete (love it). After the checkout we could storage our luggage in the place until the time we left. Totally recommended!

Everything in the property is perfect, the only thing is outside the property, the church in front has some works of restauration so it doesn’t look so nice right now.

The staff were attentive, accommodating, and welcoming. I felt like I was an honored member of the family. My room was the largest I've ever had in a B&B, with a spacious and well appointed bathroom en suite. I don't know about the other rooms, of course, but mine had a lovely view through full-length window-doors. It felt luxurious while at the same time comforting. Breakfasts were generous, with a wonderful spread of fruit, breads, cheeses, meats, yogurt, and more. The building itself is beautiful with relaxed decor, and lots of wood, which I love. My week there was the nicest I've ever had at a B&B.

There were stairs in a tight spiral, on which I felt I had to be careful.

Beautiful quiet location, delicious breakfast, beautiful room and bathroom. Very nice place downstairs to relax and enjoy breakfast. Only a short walk away from the center, and very close to picturesque canals without hords of tourists.

The fan was very much needed, as the room got very hot during the day (30+ that week). There was no air con. The rooms are situated in an older house, which comes with charm, character and a bit of noise. Light sleepers are encouraged to bring earplugs, noise caused by people walking up and down the stairs and inside the room (above you) can be quite noticeable. One couple above us clearly didn't understand the 'quiet after 10pm' rule.

the location was great, only 10 mins walk to town center but this part of town feels less touristy. The owner of B&B was lovely and very helpful. also would like to mention breakfast- lots of choice and everything was done with a personal touch!

The insulation is poor and as a result you can hear people moving around. luckily it’s a small place with only 4 rooms !

Fantastic B&B. The rooms are very comfy with great facilities. There is an excellent breakfast each morning. The location is about a 10 minutes walk from the centre, and it is nice and peaceful. We were made to feel very welcome by Anne, and I would recommend staying here.

located in the centre of Brugge, Anna couldn’t be more helpful. we had room number 1, with large bed and a bathroom with bath, which was lovely after a long day exploring. the continental breakfast was amazing and certainly different from the usual fry up.

Large spotless rooms. Very good continental breakfast. Pleasant hosts. close to city centre and useful restaurants.

Curtains trailing across the floor and small granite washbasin may be artistic , but impracticable. No door to bathroom/toilet. Long walk from rail station. Steep circular staircase was difficult for us elderly.

The breakfast was spectacular even though no hot dishes were offered. Anne served the best cold meats and bread with beautiful fruit and cheeses and plenty of nibbles around the house. The location is lovely and quiet.

Fantastic room, and excellent location- very quiet but only 10 mins ish walk from the centre. Delicious buffet breakfast too. Anne was also really friendly and very communicative.

Unfortunately the bed I couldn't sleep on- it was very firm. This may be personal preference though
