Location, cleanliness and helpful staff.

Breakfast was OK but often crowded. Food not replaced at required pace given the number of hosts. Coffee was free but not self-service.

Perfect location, spacious and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was delicious and as we were on a very early flight back home, too early for breakfast, we were given lovely breakfast boxes with sandwiches, muffins, orange juice and water to take with us. We would definitely stay again.

Had been traveling for almost 3 weeks. I was tired. My mood was immediately lighter upon entering this lovely, elegant, stylish hotel. My room was beautiful, well appointed and comforting. It was a moderate space with small bathroom but with thoughtful design and planning, smart choice of finishes and lighting, the room seemed large and stunning. I always try to stay where breakfast is included. This one’s blew all others off the map. Fine, fresh, large selection, dietary accommodations, all boxes checked. I wish that I could have stayed much longer. Next time!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The property was immaculately clean, and the staff at the front desk and in the dining area were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I booked a suite, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable during my stay. The bed was particularly noteworthy, as it was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of tasty options to choose from. The food was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail, friendly staff, and excellent amenities make it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

While I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I did encounter a minor issue with the shower in my room. The layout of the shower forced me to stand in one corner of the bath to avoid flooding the entire room. Although this was a bit inconvenient, it was manageable. Overall, while the shower layout and handle placement were not ideal, they did not detract significantly from my overall experience at the hotel. I would recommend that the hotel management consider making some adjustments to improve the shower design for future guests.

The lady receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Location is good, walking distance from center. Complimentary tea and cake every afternoon. Classical music playing. Gym is very small but ok for 1 person.

- Carpet on the room floor... I find it completely unhygienic. Even though they clean the room daily, there's no way they keep the carpet clean between clients (or at all). - My room was a bit smelly, every time I walked in. I couldn't recognize the smell though..maybe the cleaning products? - I didn't like the fact that coffee during breakfast wasn't self service. I was told off(!) twice from the ladies for wanting to get my own coffee from the machine. It's an automatic machine, not a barista so I should be allowed to get it... Breakfast is ok, I've had a lot better in other 4star hotels.

Buffet breakfast and Afternoon Tea were excellent and inclusive in the room rate. Vegan options were plenty and cleared labelled as well as gluten-free items. For Afternoon Tea they even offered us a vegan cake (sadly didn't partake as we had already snacked in the city). Perfect location: 2 minutes walk to bus/tram stop that takes you to the centre in a few minutes or you can walk to the centre in ~20 minutes. Quiet and calm neighbourhood with a beautiful park steps away. The beds were very comfortable, we stayed in the suite and it was very roomy and spacious.

We didn't inquire directly but would be great to have an option to remove minibar during check-in unless the items were included within the stay. Some hotels already do this to avoid accidentally opening items not inclusive to the room.

Good location on a more local neighborhood, easy access to all the sights via light rail which was very easy to navigate. I’m a distance walker so I only used the train once or twice, but I think most folks would rely on it a bit more. Hotel staff was very accommodating and the room was small but well-appointed. Excellent shower!

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable with a very lumpy mattress cover and under-stuffed down pillows that went completely flat even stacked by two. I think the was meant to be luxurious but if you are particular about beds as I am, this might not be the place for you.

Harmonie Vienna was a perfect stay. The staff were all professional and exceedingly helpful. The room was clean, the shower was incredible! I can’t speak highly enough of the window blinds, especially after adjusting to the time after coming from the USA, and the breakfast spread had everything and it was all amazing. Not in the center of town, but a pleasant walk or east flat bike ride. Plenty of food/drink/sights near the hotel as well.

The room was perfect for a solo traveler, but may be a tight small for couples or more.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the ladies at the restaurant. The breakfast was perfect. There was a variety of foods and beverages of great quality. The room is big enough, well decorated, with very comfortable beds, and it was exceptionally clean. The city center is within walking distance. Most of the major museums and attractions are no more than 20 minutes away by foot. Also, there is very convenient public transport near the hotel.

The shower head was a bit broken, which caused a small inconvenience. Apart from this everything was perfect!

The standard room (15 m2) was a bit too small and not so functional. We asked for an upgrade and we were very happy with the slightly bigger room (20 m2, and a nice price, too, well worth it) Breakfast was very nice, and tables were never crowded, although there were many guests. In the early afternoon or evening, one can relax in the lounge with classical music and drinks Cleanliness was high quality, as expected

The location is not great, the neighborhood is mediocre but quiet. Restaurants and shops in the vicinity of the hotel are only so and so. Tram stop is only 50m from the hotel and you get to the city center in less than 10 min.
