It was nice that I didn't have to walk up many stairs to get to our hotel room because I am 7 months pregnant. We were on the main floor. We loved that we could drop our things off in the locked luggage room before we could check in.

Our room was right next to the courtyard. We had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. We also didn't realize there were 2 smaller windows above the doors to the courtyard that were open. We could hear people early in the morning and late in the night. We could also smell when people were smoking. We had checked that the doors were closed but didn't know about the 2 windows above the doors.

The room was clean, they changed the towels daily, good location, close to the centre.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working (33 degrees), and we were informed of this when we showed up at the hotel for the check-in. We were told we could get a refund and find a different hotel, but it was too late for that, we had just arrived from the airport with all our luggage to check-in, we couldn't go searching for a new hotel. We booked the room 3 months in advance, they had enough time to notify us about the AC beforehand. We maybe could have lived without the AC in 33 degrees weather, but they should have notified us before we arrived.

It is very good for the price. The location is great since you have a metro station, bus stops and a lot of restaurants nearby. The room was OK and comfortable and the breakfast was good enough (it’s a small buffet with bread, croissants, eggs, ham, bacon, veggies, apple and orange juice, milk, coffee and cake). They also offered free luggage storage after checkout, since we had our train until late at night, so that was nice.

We got a room with several defects that reception didn’t know what to do about. They said the maintenance team would come on Monday but we weren’t staying until then, so they gave us a free breakfast as compensation. The bathroom light switch is at a very uncomfortable location, since it’s outside the bathroom and if you open the door, you have to go around it or close it, which can be annoying.

We liked everything lol! Some of the top attractions are about 30 to 40 min of walking, and if you don't like walking the hotel is close to one of the main underground lines. There's also a bus a minute away that takes you straight to Belvedere. Loads and loads of shops, cafés, restaurants... thers also a big market in the area from where you can get absolutely anything, there are some very good restaurants and bars there as well. The location in general was great. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was really clean and tidy, the breakfast was good and the coffee was great!

I had the opportunity to stay at a hotel room in Vienna for just one night while I was in transit, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. The first thing that caught my attention was how the apartment looked - it was very nice and clean. The modern decor and well-maintained furniture created a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. It was evident that the hotel room had been recently updated with new furniture, which added a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. While it was not right in the center of Vienna, it was conveniently close to the main attractions. This meant that I could easily access the city center without being overwhelmed by the noise and crowds associated with staying in the heart of the city. It struck a perfect balance for me as a traveler in transit. Moreover, I must commend the hotel staff for their outstanding service. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel room to anyone visiting Vienna, especially those in transit. The combination of a beautifully appointed room, new furniture, and a convenient yet peaceful location makes it an ideal choice.I would definitely return to this hotel room in the future.

Friendly staff simple and friendly

Just as feedback it was very very hot in the room so we turned on the Air conditioning but it pushed in hot air making it hotter. We turned it off opened the windows and pit on the portable room fan so we were perfectly ok. We did not even report to staff but someone else may get upset the room could not be cooled. It was still very good for us so this is not a complaint

The location was really great. It was pretty close to the centre, so we could easily walk, but there was an underground station nearby, so we could travel by metro too. The room was clean and that's always the most important for me when I travel. Breakfast was tasty, everything was fresh.

We got another room because we had a problem with the lock and in our new room things were organised in a different way. I would add a shelf under the bathroom mirror because we didn't have enough place for our cosmetics.

The room was spacious and had a generous sized bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful and the accommodation is located very conveniently, about 2 minutes walk from the nearest underground station. We were very satisfied with our stay here and would recommend this to others. We didn't try the hotel breakfast so can't comment on that but there are very good cafes close to the accommodation.

The room doesn't have any form of kitchen facilities apart from a small bar fridge.

Very modern and clean hotel (so not hostel :) ) We didn't try the breakfast, as the city has many great things to offer. Public transport is very close - both U-bahn and busses. We did a lot by foot as we don't mind walking 25 minutes to city center. 24h reception is great and we could store our luggage for free after check-out. Rooms were much bigger than expected! PS you should go for brunch at the Propeller closeby!

We had twin beds (2 X single) and they were big enough, but you could feel the innerspring of the mattress so not super comfortable (but still do-able).

the room was quite modern and had all amenities needed; the receptionists were very friendly and helpful - also with the garage directions. we still got late evening drinks at the bar - so all was good and the outside terrace garden was very comfortable

I asked for a room away from the street side and did not got it ( I need open window for sleeping) - but this was impossible due to the street noise from schönbrunner strasse. Parking in the evening in front of the hotel impossible in order to get the instructions and opener for garage
