Good quality accommodation, staff, and housekeeping. This is a no-frills hotel that knows its business and does it well.

only two negatives: the dining room was open only for breakfast and the cafe, opening at noon daily, offered drinks only. This meant, as a three-generation family travelling with a newborn, we had to go out for food/meals Also, during checkout, I misunderstood one question that I was asked by the reception person. This resulted in the final account having to be reconfigured. For this, I was roundly admonished about four or five times. Notan ideal response from a staff member who is supposed to assist, not lecture, the guests

The location is excellent because of the subway station that is nearby, and metro commuters will be thrilled (if they are into the Vienna's sightseeing). The staff is great. Breakfast is good enough and meets the money value. The beds are excellent. The hotel has its own parking lot.

Not a hotel's fault but there are some construction works around (subway related) and the workers are starting at 6 AM. The room and bathroom are kind of small but that became the standard when you are not in an expensive hotel. Parking price could be lower (25€/night).

The family suite was very comfortable for our family of four - great to have two separate bedrooms and plenty of space. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect - very close to the U Bahn with direct trains to Schönbrunn and easy access to the city centre. There were several good restaurants very close to the hotel for a quick bite to eat.

We had a room with a bathtub - this was great for the kids, but unfortunately this meant that the shower was then over the bath without any shower screen or curtain. It was a bit tricky to avoid getting the bathroom floor wet while showering.

Very comfy and big bed. Loved the attention to detail with many small things placed around like complementary tea, water, a notepad and pen to write things down, a small book about sleep etc. If you have a computer with you and you need to get some work done, there is a nice small table where to do that. People at reception were really nice and professional and the whole atmosphere in the hotel was warm and sophisticated. The location was great as well with many public transportation around and places to eat.

The bathroom door was quite weird because it didn't really close and it was a glass sliding door. It didn't contain sound and smell in the bathroom. It does not sound like a problem until one of you goes for the "number two" on the toilet. It was incredibly loud to open as well so we woke each other up when one of us went to the bathroom in the nighttime. The shower doors were quite awkward as well but not as bad as the main bathroom door. And I don't know if its my superstition or what but mirror right in front of the bed seemed really eerie to me.

Comfortable- Best night sleep Location- If you are planning to use the subway for sightseeing in Vienna, the location is perfect .2 min walk from metro station. You also save money from rather booking a hotel in the city center

We didn't really spend much time at the hotel however, breakfast service was not that good.They were a lot of customers and just a couple members of the staff. Therefore, we had to find or take on our own cups or plates etc. For a four hotel, breakfast was nothing much really. Basically, near the hotel there was a bakery, a supermarket and a coffee shop that you can buy or make your own breakfast if you are up to (which in the end is much cheaper) Weak wifi

The location is very central and very convenient because the metro station is right outside the hotel. The Aircon of the room is just pleasantly cool and not loud. Room was spacious and bright.

Unfortunately, the cleaning services was a bit of a disappointment. The bed was neat enough, bedcovers could have been pulled back in tight. Tea leaves were not refilled and the litters and garbage were not emptied from the bin.

The hotel is excellent- the staff were all very nice, the breakfast very good and the U barn is just 3 minutes walking. The area around the hotel is very nice, you can walk around in the evening and have coffee or ice cream in the neighboring cafes.

The towels I suggest to replace for a better quality as some are really worn. There is also some construction around the hotel, but that does not effect the beauty of the hotel.

The location was really good just 1min away from the metro station where you can basically get to all the main places near the hotel there were also a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. The bed was really comfy and the pillows were as well! After checking out you could also leave your luggage there and pick it up later. Check-in / check-out went very smoothly.

The bathroom was a bit cramped, no real ventilation, and our showerhead had some issues (was leaking and had to be replaced). The towels could have been of better quality as the thread was just coming out with each use.

The location is great and we loved to stay in this hotel. The staff was super helpful and they offered us a room with a view in to the backyard. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. We will definitely come back again!

The air conditioning was too slow and it was quite hot in the room, despite the air conditioning was put at chillest settings. The mini bar was empty - but we had 2 glasses of water for free inside. No room service unfortunately.

The location of the hotel is within 10min walking distance from "Maria Hilfer Straße", and 2min from the subway station, so everything is very well reachable. The breakfast buffet is rich and leaves no wishes open. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Also, the parking garage is nice to have just under the hotel, so you don't have to look for parking spots nearby.

The shower in the bathroom was a bit small, but is good for one person. The parking (24€ per day) is a bit expensive, but still cheaper than public parking places.
