Right in the heart of the Esplanade. Easy walking distance to everything. The apartment was clean, everything worked and the beds were comfy. It was lovely to sit on the balcony to watch the sunrises and sunsets with the stunning view. The property also has two pools, a sauna, a spa and a tennis court for residents and guests to use, which were also clean and well maintained. It was a joy to stay here.

The location was fantastic, right on the main strip with restaurants close by as well as Woolworths, bottleshop. We had apartment 42 within the complex. Just don't go too much by the pictures as you don't know what apartment you will actually get, we thought we would have a full 180 view but didn't, still a nice view ( plus a small rear balcony) but a bit misleading when they have multiple apartments to rent. Quite a few apartments opposite looking into ours. Richard had great communication, easy check in/Check out Great amenities in apartment to cook your own food, as it's quite a tourist town, food can get expensive eating out for family Separate toilet from 2nd bathroom was great.

Not knowing what apartment you will get. Photos are all a mixture. If you go for premium then more chance of 180 degree views, more up to date rooms, we just went standard. Still nice as per pics. Can get quite noisy in the morning, main bedroom is towards the back and bins get emptied quite early. Family in I think apartment 63 ( Premium) main bedroom at front, super noisy birds out front lol and some pedestrian noise too.

The location was excellent with plenty of restaurants close by. The view was fantastic and we loved sitting out on the balcony enjoying the sunshine and watching people along the boardwalk.

There was nothing we didn't like but there were a couple of small concerns. The tap in the kitchen needed repair and we were concerned about the step leading onto the balcony as there was no warning to be careful when stepping out.. Because we were arriving on a cruise ship we arrived early and had no way of getting in to leave our luggage until our apartment was ready. Fortunately a gentleman leaving opened the door for us to put our luggage into the reception area.

Loved the location. One side on the flat faced the sea, and the other side faced the ocean. Leaving the building from the front, the apartment block is the start of all the restaurants, so well situated. The apartment was clean and spacious with everything you need from laundry area, two showers, and bathrooms. Towel and spare pillows available. The kitchen had everything you need. Secure underground carpark helped. The pool was small but lovely to cool down in. Shaded in the afternoon. Worth a visit.

The grumpy lady on reception, she didn't smile once and was rude and unhelpful.

The location, layout and cleanliness of the apartment were absolutely fabulous and the view was stunning! It's well equipped, the furniture is high quality and the view from bed 1 bathroom is to die for!! Elisabeth was easy to reach and was helpful with our airport transfer too. I really hope to return someday!

We loved everything so these aren't complaints or dislikes! However, if there was a fan on the balcony it would be even more perfect because the vents from the 3 A/C units do make it very warm to sit outside. There is a tumble dryer but a clothes airer would be a useful addition.

The location is sensational. On the Esplanade overlooking the ocean with a dozen dining options within a few minutes walk. All our tours had pick up locations nearby. I didn't need to hire a car. The Lagoon is within a very short walk. Well equipped kitchen including basics (oil, salt, paper towel etc), full size fridge with a big freezer, stove, oven, microwave etc. Washing machine and dryer. Fully air conditioned. WiFi included. It had everything we needed.

The TV. As a family we return to the apartment after eating out and usually entertain ourselves with videos. Unfortunately the TV would not play videos we loaded on a thumb drive. It was not a Smart TV and therefore couldn't access either catch up TV or streaming services (I'd be happy to use my own subscription) although Foxtel is provided.

The location, and view from the balcony, was awesome. right across from Cairns Esplanade and plenty of restaurants, including the RSL right next door. Cairns Aquarium was one block over too. The fact that it had secure parking was a bonus. The room itself was clean and spacious with plenty of comfort. The large fully-opening doors to the balcony were fabulous.

The decor in our room would not be to everyone's taste but, once we got over the initial shock, we began to enjoy the space. However, there are a couple of things where we would suggest improvement. The bed was WAY too soft, and there were no lamps near the bed for reading at night. Also, no bedside tables and no power points near the bed for charging phones, etc. Something else ( a little harder to change) would be that a bath is usually a nice addition and it was a little disappointing that there wasn't one.

The location, views, facilities, ease of access was fantastic. 👍🏻 The location was in the heart of Cairns walking distance to multiple eateries entertainment shopping 🍲 The inside of unit was clean tidy and comfortable 🧺 The air-conditioning was life saving🏖🌞☀️🌝

Some minor slightly I suppose petty items No toaster that was the biggest issue it was strange not to be able to have toast. 😭 The Foxtel didn't work and wasn't fixed by our departure 🤦‍♀️ And having to swipe to exit carpark was frustrating particularly at departure as we then had to drive around the block to return key rather than leave inside apartment 🙃

This was a very spacious and comfortable property. We were so excited on arrival to see the view from the huge balcony. Everything was great and it had the best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen in a holiday apartment. It even had a stick blender!! The location is perfect. Right on the Ocean Front. Only a few minutes walk to most of the places you’ll want to visit. Our family loved this property.

The furniture needed updating but that did not detract from our enjoyment of this property.

Excellent location - right on the front with the night-market and restaurants within 5 minute walk. The hotel has a pool but the Cairns lagoon is a very short walk just over the road and is a great place to swim. We enjoyed watching the parrots and bats from teh balcony in the evenings.

Very hard to fault. The window-board in the 2nd bedroom hadn't been finished after the recent window replacements. The air-con exhausts made the balcony incomfortable to use unless you turned them off.
