Location, staff, facilities were all excellent. Location to shopping centre, entertainment, bars & clubs excellent. Staff only too happy to provide any information and assistance and they were open to feedback.

At check-in had a problem with card however staff provided assistance with connecting device to internet and able to process transaction online. Had a problem connecting to Wi-fi a second-time and the reception staff were not able to help however put through to IT assistance who were patient and worked through step-by-step until connected. Kept informed throughout the process what was the issue and how the issue was resolved. Excellent service. Provided feedback to the reception.

Check in was easy & staff member friendly & informative. Room was clean & tidy. Great for an overnight stay. Loved the little kitchenette with microwave. So good to see proper milk in the fridge for tea/coffee. Loved the offer of a Grab & Go Breakfast. In the morning there is a section on the ground floor where you can grab cereal, proper milk, toast, spreads, coffee machine, fruit & muesli bars to take up to your room to toast/eat. Loved this. Just a little extra goes along way. Undercover parking is free, though not designated parking, first in best dressed, street parking limited due to being in residential area. Next door to Westfield Chermside not noisy at all. RSL Club in the next street/block & local pool near club.

Maybe offer designated parking in stead of first in best dressed as street parking is limited. Otherwise all good & we will return at the right price.

I had a wonderful stay - the staff were so friendly and helpful and actually SMILED (a rare thing these days)! The room was incredibly clean and quiet - had the best night sleep in ages. Loved the location as could just walk across to Chermside.

There was nothing I didn't like but the only area they may like to consider improving on is parking for drop off by taxis or friends and not sure how much easy parking is available on the site.

Location was great. Staff welcoming and efficient. We stayed as a family of 4 for an early flight the following day. Approx 15 minutes' drive to the airport. Lots of parking spaces if you arrive early, then checkin later.

The a/c units were very slow to respond. Changing the mode or fan speed would set the unit into a reboot, taking a few minutes before coming back on with the new settings.

The location, value for money and customer service was excellent. I cannot thank the staff enough for being so kind, warm and hospitable.. just a gorgeous team and a great hotel.

I think this may have been a once off however it was unfortunate and I wouldn’t want to have this happen yo anyone else but my room smelled like sewage. I tried opening the window and the door and even bought air freshener however I think it was coming from the wall in the bathroom next to the toilet so that are a little difficult to sleep through and especially eat through. If that wasn’t present I would say this is my favourite place to stay in Brisbane. Safe,Quiet, Easy to find and easy to park and so close to great shopping. Perfect except for that smell.

The apartment was very spacious with everything you need. Great place if you want to stay for an extended visit. Shopping centre and large club both within a very short distance to walk.

At the end of our hall was a small dog staying that never shut up barking and yapping and the selfish owners did nothing about it. The cleaning was not the best. The bottom of the shower doors and screen was pretty gross. On the Saturday morning we asked for fresh towels and straight away the cleaner said so I don't have to make your beds. I thought that was strange but we said ok as we were a bit on the spot. However she couldn't even remove a box we had put rubbish into in the kitchen, bathroom bins or replace milk or anything else. For what we paid cleaning should always be included. The staff at the reception were all extremely nice and helpful.

good location. easy to use and access. quick sign in and out. good bathroom. loved being able to use anything from a plate to a plastic container to a jug, the little things make the biggest impact for me

bed wasn’t the best, you could feel the centre of the bed where they have probably used two mattresses instead of two bottoms and a full sized mattress so was restless sleep. we could hear the guests of the room next door come in and out of their room most of the night, if we had to put a number it was more than 50 times for sure

disappointed that that our safe was unusable and was not attended to after several requests. it also would have been nice to have been given a room with a view especially as we were staying for 8 days over the public holidays. also the tv options were rubbish. you need to do better than just free to air.

room was well appointed, with a mini kitchen and all the necessary items. air conditioning worked well. also liked that it is pet friendly for small animals which is one of the main reasons to stay there. it is also in a handy position to the hospital and shopping.

wasnt too happy that there is an extra charge for having a pet, when the tariff isnt cheap to start with. we stayed recently at another Quest apartment block in Chermside where they charge extra fifty dollars, but refund when they check the room for pet damamage, this was much more user friendly.

The grab and go breakfast was a wonderful surprise and very convenient. The coffee was great. Both rooms were a great set up and was very quiet. Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. It was a 2 minute walk to Chermside Shopping Centre and the movies. Parks near by for walks.

One night did not get a spot in the car park, parked in street but did not see yellow lines and got a $275 parking ticket. With both units on different floors it would have been easier to be able to walk the stairs but I understand the security system.
