The price is reasonable for a basic hotel. The staff were very obliging and friendly. My room and bathroom were clean. The water in the shower was hot, with good pressure. The bed was clean and comfortable, and so was the pillow. I requested a quiet room, and I got one. It is close to the airport. I ordered Thai takeaway for dinner, it was delivered to my room and very tasty for a reasonable price. Breakfast was continental and adequate. Easy to call a taxi, just press a button and it arrived quickly. Very happy with my stay.

A chair in the room would be nice, but the room is small, so probably no room.

Ibis Budget usually provides a good comfy bed in a rather smallish room with good cleaning - just what you want for a break in journey. This motel lived up to standard.

Location. It is situated 4 km - and $27 by cab - from airport. There are no cafes/restaurants around so you have to get something delivered - around $5. Total cost $60. Time of taxi trip 20 min one way. Wait time in the morning 5 mins.Total time 45 min. There is an Ibis at the airport that costs about $100 extra per night. Balance $60 plus 45 min against $100 . If you are time rich but asset poor you will choose Ibis budget but if you are asset rich but tjme poor then Ibis airport.

I was not sent code to key box as promised, and so I doubted booking and worried when I caught the taxi from the airport. No answer to phone call as after hours. Was able to use intercom on arrival and was given a room. I was told that my credit card did not work, but I had sent them 2 emails stating my card was lost while O/S and could not give another card number until back in Australia and would pay by cash. I even received a reply to one email. Somehow this information was not passed on to the night receptionist, and hence no code sent!!

It was quiet and close to the airport wich was quite handy as my fiance n I flew in from Philippines over night and needed somewhere to rest before we flew home to melbourne. The room was comfortable and if we did our trip to the Phillipines the same way we did this time we would likely stay here again

There wasn't much we didn't like I meen there was no soap in the bathroom in our room but my fiance n I had hand sanitizer so it wasn't really a problem

Since stayikng here, the rooms have been upgraded and windows now double glazed, a huge improvement since our last stay. Close to restaurants and their are also cafes nearby that will deliver to the hotel. This hotel is very close to Andrews Airport parking and to the international airport. Plenty of parking onsite as well.

Nothing really, for an overnight stay to catch an early flight it ticked all the boxed.

It was great except for the taxi driver that took me to the wrong ‘ibis ‘ ! I always thought they knew everything.. this one claimed he didn’t.. he just conned me for an extra fare! He gives the good guys a bad name! You know who ya are mr! Maxi taxi ..

A few little options in my room (bar/cocoa etc) I left my water bottle in the fridge and couldn’t get back in as reception wasn’t open! But my own stupid fault- leaving early Thanks tho it was great!

close to the event we were attending, lots of car parking, cheap to stay and the bed was comfortable, the room was very quiet as well.

only 1 pillow each provided, we purchased an extra pillow each while we were there. No lift and we were staying on one of the higher floors so it was a bit pesky to cart suitcases up 4 flights of stairs, these are very minimal complaints and they aren’t deal breakers for us.

Ibis Budget Hotel is the perfect place to stay when in transit. The staff behind reception desk are friendly and helpful. On our return a week later we were welcomed back which was nice. The rooms are adequate and clean, the bed comfortable. Breakfast of cereal, toast, juice and tea or coffee for $10 is cost effective. A plus is this hotel is walking distance to pick up and drop off of your hire car.

We had no complaints, everything was fine.

This is a budget Ibis and it was excellent as a budget Ibis. You get what you pay for in this world and this met and exceeded my expectations as a budget hotel. Just ask for a quiet room that doesnt face the road, there is most of the hotel that doesnt face the road. I had a quiet room, excellent fast wifi, comfortable mattress, nice little bar fridge with little freezer for food. Also you are next to a 24 hour woolworths and a big DFO outlet shops which is a 3 minute car drive or a 15 minute walk away (check on google maps how to walk there along a path that heads away from the hotel a long way around, no direct route there). Also there is another shopping mall call Toombul which is 3 minutes in a car or 15 minutes walk. Yes rooms are small but functional. Good for singles. ALL the staff were excellent!!! well done staff!!!
