Overall satisfied with the stay with the staff being very friendly & accommodating. Great comfortable room, internally was very well styled & modern.

Few minor issues, the parking lot was difficult to locate during outside hours alongside the area being an bit rough but overall we were satisfied with the stay.

Possibly the most comfortable motel bed and pillow I have ever slept on. The shower was great too, unusually spacious for a motel bathroom, with good water pressure. The staff were all lovely, and their number plate recognition setup is the first one I've seen that actually works! I could drive my car out of the car park without drama. Clean and great value for money, I'll be back whenever I need accomm around the Liverpool area.

It was a little bit noisy for me, but that's what happens when a country girl goes to the big smoke, isn't it? We're just not used to the activity of a city. I'll bring earplugs next time. And I don't know if my GPS was drunk, but I had a little trouble finding the parking entrance. Don't let that put you off, I'm 'directionally-challenged', so normal people would probably find it with no trouble.

I didn’t have breakfast at the property

There was no rubbish bin in the room. There was just a very little one in the bathroom. Please put a proper bin in the room. I had also been informed that I would be refunded my deposit on checking out. I was very disappointed when I was informed that I would get my deposit back in 3-5 days when I checked out.

The facilities was great.

I didn't like the fact the cleaner knocked then open the door on us. Please check your swipe access times to the room. It was between 0900 and 0930. I was going to take my complaint to management but I did see there was a cleaning cart outside our room. I understand it was an honest mistake but they should have known what rooms are occupied and they only have access to the room after guests have left.

We have stayed here many times. We always have a great experience. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are lovely, they are always very clean and have everything we need. We will stay here again.

I love staying at Quest Liverpool and find it hard to find things I don't like about it. If I had to say something, sometimes at night it is a bit noisy outside. Other than that we usually have a great stay.

Not your average hotel! Equipped with the essentials you need for a nights stay if you wanted to cook and do your washing! I loved that! Comfortable bed however maybe an extra blanket could have made it an excellent rating.

Used coffee packet left on the kitchen bench. Only one packet of sugar in the little tea & coffee compartment. Rubbish left under the sofa and the bed. Tables not wiped down. If you are going to place somebody in a particular room please have the courtesy of checking that the room is clean prior to their arrival.

Didn’t get breakfast but everything was very clean. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows too thin but everything else was amazing the staff were very nice to. Quick to the point didn’t waste time but still polite.

Friendly staff, parking onsite, nice clean spacious rooms and comfy beds. Had to swipe in for access after 10pm as there were randoms on the street not staying at quest trying to get inside!

Quite noisy at night time / not the hotels issue however an alarm was going off every couple of hours all night which kept waking us up.

The hotel staff were respectful and friendly. They made efforts to help when we mentioned that our rooms wasn't cleaned the previous day. The rooms and appliances provided were adequate and lovely.

Nothing about the hotel itself just that my children mentioned the police sirens that blared more than they were used to.

Standard Quest room, perfect for my needs.

Didn't realise the air conditioner comes on automatically when you put the key in - and it was set at 17 degrees - did get rather cold during the night - not really any fault of the hotel. The 6.30 wakeup call from the garbage truck wasn't great either
