The room was large and comfortable, the shower was warm, and the split system air conditioner was excellent. Most importantly the bed was clean and comfortable, the room was serviced every day with clean towels and waste bins emptied. Wonderful dining across the road at the Crossroads Hotel and magnificent takeaway next door at Chan's Canton Village (Chinese).

The whole complex is very old, in need of updating and improved maintenance ... cleaning, painting and new carpets. Raised some issues with reception staff on departure that requires rectification and/or repairs.

I liked the price and simplicity to book due to availability. We stayed on two occasions in the last fortnight and had no real issues with finding a room. Check in was available until late and we were able to check out early.

The thing i did not like was the doona was not covered in a doona cover sheet, instead it has two flat sheets over the doona and the doona itself was exposed. I'm hoping the doona cover is washed in between visits. otherwise all was good. A bit noisy one night next door and our first rooms were honestly much better than our second room. the second room had quite a bit of damage in the room dints in the fridge but the shower was refurbished where as the first room's was not.

large room, comfy bed, hot hot hot shower with excellent pressure, air conditioned, microwave (with prepared meals for sale at reception), usual tea/coffee/kettle …. with large mugs, and finally, on site parking that we didn’t have to pay extra for.

the only real concern (to me) was that the motel covers a number of different wings, being set out like a bit of rabbit warren ….. I actually got lost twice, going from my room to reception, and had to ask directions from other guests. …. but, as I said, it was a problem for me ….. no doubt 99.5% of the population would have no difficulty whatsoever negotiating their way around the different wings.

I never write reviews but this one needs to be done :) We often stay here and have done so for many years we tend to stay here just to be able to have a spa and relax which is really nice. I would like to say that the highlight of my stay was the lovely man that checked me in the afternoon of Friday he was the perfect gentleman and was genuinely lovely people like this often enough don’t tend to get the recognition they deserve he went above and beyond my expectations and I have never experienced such quality service from you guys before I have never seen him before but he was fantastic I feel rude I didn’t catch his name but he was wearing glasses. Praise to this man for being so caring and helpful covering all my needs upon arrival he really is an asset to your business so thank you I will definitely be back!!!

the room we stayed in was lovely all though the room could do with having the carpet fixed it is really dirty and there is big rips in the carpet other then that there was really no faults enjoyed my stay.

Nice and spacious family room. Friendly staff who were quick and efficient during check-in. Close to highway but in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy access with convenient parking.

Just need a bit more light in the family room that we stayed in cause most of the bed head lamps weren't working. But other than that, really enjoyed our stay.

The location was excellent and the service was friendly. Great family room for up to 5 people, spacious and perfect for my family. Very happy. Will be saying here again when we are back in Sydney. If your looking for a 5 star hotel, this isn’t your place but if your looking for affordability and comfort this is your place.

Wish they had an indoor pool

Large hotel with plenty of parking. We were able to park our trailer safely. The room was neat, clean and tidy. Perfect for our overnight stay whilst travelling - 2 adults and 4 kids. Beds were really comfy.

A little outdated but for 1 night and value for money didn’t bother us. The toilet flush not working properly and had to be held down for a while for water to flush. One of the external doors to the outside staircase was broken and wouldn’t open so we had to use another door.

The room was Spacious for family and the swimming pool and tennis courts were also a bonus. Tennis courts needs a bit of makeover. Overall all ,I liked the place. Please keep the fridge and microwave always. Without them, it will be of less value.

The TV needs to be upgraded to a smart one.

Easy check in. Staff are great to deal with. Rooms are a good size, have stayed in a standard room and a townhouse before. A few things could be updated in the rooms, as well as the laundry room. But overall a good place to stay.

We loved that they had Netflix, Amazon prime etc so plenty of movies for the kids to watch. Perfect location in short distance to everything needed.

Was a bit of mould on bathroom ceiling but that’s the only thing we didn’t like, everything else was great.
