Principado Downtown

We didn't try the breakfast. The staff were always really kind and helpful. The room was nice and cozy, the bathroom was really clean and comfortable, the shower was a little finnicky to get the correct temperature, but it's fine. The location is awesome, a really great zone to be in and get to know the city.

The noise, there was a constant noise in the room. We think it was because of a generator that was maybe in the rooftop, or the building in front of the hotel. We were in the top floor, so that might have worsened the noise, but it was annoying. We could sleep, and it wasn't unbearable, but it was definitely bothersome.

the employees were very kind and helpful. I liked the complimentary water and tea in the afternoon and the breakfast had very good and fresh options. It was very nice to drop off all my luggage and wait in a safe place to go to the airport. the staff never made us seem like we were bothering them.

the construction outside made it difficult to find the entrance and the construction was loud and woke us up at 6:30 in the morning. the towels were rough. they were not soft and nice to use.

modern stylish interiors, staff pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was good with variety of fresh fruit cereals pastries etc. eggs cooked and hot cv19 precautions adequate and both staff and guests compliant 4th floor room was small, decent bathroom and bed very comfortable . Air con excellent

no facility for T or coffee in room, no fridge, no water biggest gripe was that though I had a window there were shutters fixed in place, so no daylight at all; made the room claustrophobic

write up says currency exchange and sound proof rooms. They did not have currency exchange and our room was right by elevator and could hear everything very loudly, just like when they vacuumed hallway.

two tiny rooms they call an aparthotel…. The promo material said the two rooms would hold six but we could barely fit two kids and two adults. We had a total of two single beds, and one double bed for four people. Very tight!

Great breakfast, almond milk would be helpful. Some of us are lactose intolerant.

Needed nondairy alternative.

Great location near Florida Street which is a pedestrian walkway with many shops.

The hotel only had central heat. The only option was to have central heat or no temperature control at all.

Very nice hotel in a good location. The breakfast had a lot of desert options and didn‘t disappoint. The bed was very comfy and the wifi worked well.

Lovely modern room with a great bathroom and good buffet breakfast. Aircon in room and shutters on the windows, plus very quiet made for a good nights sleep! Great location for Retiro and for the ferries to Uruguay.

A little on the expensive side.

Good location, very nice breakfast, comfy beds. The hotel has definitely seen better days, but it was ok for one night.

Please take care of the power sockets - none was compatible with the standard Euro plug, and the USB ones didn't work.
