All staff members were truly amazing--very friendly, professional, welcoming, and accommodating. The location was great for walking to most sights and taking a ferry to Uruguay. WiFi worked without any issues. Breakfast hours were great--until 10:30-11 am depending on the day of the week. The room and all the common areas were clean.

Breakfast was meh--eggs and coffee tasted weird, the sausage looked a bit questionable, and most breakfast items were gone an hour before closing. They were refreshing the plates, but very slowly--so going to breakfast early is recommended. Everything in the hotel was a bit outdated but well kept and functioning.

Breakfast was as good as other buffet-styles. Lots of food choices. Water in taps was great - soft and high pressure -tks B.A. Bathroom towels were large and plentiful....much appreciated. Staff were top line, all male at front desk and competent and fast. Restaurant offered real gourmet choices. Tho area was under construction, it was not bad. Shops and cafes around on large city blocks.

Weird pool - on floor 8 but you have to go from 7 and walk up stairs outside to get to it, then down to 7 again to exit. Slow elevators.

restaurant and bar were the big sell items here, made it really easy to relax after a day out in the city. decor also really nice & great location if you’re keen to get out in foot exploring BSAS.

pool wasn’t clean - wouldn’t dare use it, perhaps due to late in the summer season we visited, but rather unappealing either way. Mattress on one side of the bed was very worn with very little support & progressively became more uncomfortable during our stay.

The hotel staff is really helpful and efficient. They brought me the breakfast to my room when I wasn't able to go downstairs. You might pay with ARS at the property using the official exchange rate, so price-quality relation is awesome. They do have a great rooftop bar, a little bit fancy, with people coming from outside of the hotel. I didn't have the chance to visit the restaurant on the ground floor but it looks quite nice.

The swimming pool is quite small for such a 4* hotel, to be honest. It's also located on the 7th floor and the view is quite awful: a concrete building construction in front of it. Breakfast is fair enough, but it is located in the basement. Although logistically difficult, it would be worthy to serve breakfast in the rooftop during the summertime

Room was comfortable and clean. Excellent location. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

We were on the second floor and hada problems with the bathroom. Toilet leaked and wet the floor. Was repaired promptly. Noise was very uncomfortable. Anytime someone flushed a toilet or took a shower on a higher floor, we could hear the rush of water in our room (similar to a waterfall).

Excellent hotel in the micro centre. Very good business type hotel. We had a better room here previously but the WiFi was not good. This time we had a smaller room with shower rather than bath but the WiFi worked better. Very good breakfast. Nice but sometimes cold pool. TV nothing in English but not unusual for Argentina. Very friendly and efficient service.

Breakfast was awesome. Great hours, variety of food/beverages. Calm, quiet atmosphere.

Water pressure in the shower was odd. Sometimes it would just shut off completely. You also couldn’t take a bath…it was completely locked on the shower.

Stayed for a couple of nights. The room was fabulous and very confortable. A plus for reading sections placed all over the hotel ( incl. in the room) and the restaurant :). I definitely recommend !

The neighbourhood is not my favourite, but strategic location. Breakfast was ok but not sensational.

I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The check-in was fast and easy, the staff was always helpful. My room was a bit old but very clean and everything worked perfectly. The bed was comfy. I liked breakfast, although it would be nice to add few veggie options.
