Sheraton Zürich Hotel

Room was spacious with good view, breakfast was excellent and Front desk staff was humble.

Bed headboard torn-out which was not expected at Sheraton Hotels

The location was good. Near Toni Areal station. There is a nearby supermarket and resturant. The staff at the resturant were very nice, helpful and hard working.

The room cleaning was not as expected from a Sheraton Hotel. On some days they did not clean the room at all. They did not refill toalet papers and drinking water for 2 days. The hallway infront of our rooms was dirty the whole time The long ques at breakfast during the weekend, one can wait up to 15-20 min. Electric blinders were not working in one of the rooms. Limited veg. options for breakfast.

The size of the room the location ,very close to tram and the cleanness of the hotel

I feel they have staff shortage and they are not very competent in thier work. Forgotten to put water in the room or milk for the coffee .call room service nobody answer. We wait more than one hour for check in after 3:00 pm. May be what I am mentioning here is normal but when I know that this is sheraton and we are paying alot of money for the room definitely I shouldn't expect this happening

The hotel room was well designed, I especially liked the very comfortable queen beds. Although the room was smaller than what we usually book, it worked well for our family of 4. The bathroom is spacious and the shower with its rain-like effect was very enjoyable. The little alcove by the window is a superb idea, we all took turns nesting in there with a book (and tablets :)) All in all, a comfortable, modern layout that serves well the purpose of travellers. Breakfast was just about right, and I was happy with the variety of choices.

Location is in a business area, but well connected so we didn't mind, especially since our to-visit list took us in many different directions.

It would be nicer and less hot if there was more green ( grass, plants) around. There was a nice outside seating area but all concrete. The glass in the shower. You could close it from in the room, but still no privacy in the shower. And some hand soap on the sink would have been easier.

The location was perfect. Staff was very coperative.

1. Check in and check out time should be flexible. At least hotel management shall allow visitors to check in and check out according to their flight timings. 2. Hotel management shall provide facilities like microwave, washing machine. 3. Hotel management shall provide airport pick and drop services free of cost.

Service is very nice and room condition was is good.

The amenity was wierd (not separatly) and there was some train noisy sound during night time.

1. Rooms are really spacious and very well cleaned! 2. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! 3. Some staff is really friendly too! 4. Location is good.

Upon arrival we told that we need to pay additional 100 swiss franks per night as some kind of warranty (for snacks and beverage)(that money was returend on the end of our stay) plus the full price for all the nights we ware staying. The problem is not that, its just we warent warn about it before booking. We ware told to go withdraw that money on nearby atm that we ware searching for in rain and cold for 45 minutes. Another problem was that they didnt accept our debit card since they couldn't return the money back. Other then that we didnt have any problems!

staff are professional parking is convenient very quite and calming atmosphere rooms are nice relatively close to city center breakfast is delicious and varied the egg chef is very cheerful and welcoming

the outer blinds in the room are not all functional ordered twice breakfast in the room and they did the same mistake cleaning staff forgot to clean our room

In Booking.com is 5 Star and we book for that and in Booking.com is 10 minutes from Old City but is 20 minutes by Tram But the Hotel is 4 Star and is very far from Old City
