This room exceed my expectations by far! One of the best places I've ever stayed. The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable and there also was a mini fridge there. Both the room and the bathroom were spotless. Don't think twice about the fact that it's a shared bathroom, it's always very very clean. The place was also nicely decorated and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. All you need to go to the center of the city is a short tram ride and there's also a night line super close. The check in and out were super easy and quick. Definitely value for money. If I ever come back to Zurich I'll be staying here again for sure!

I couldn't connect easily with the wifi and the TV streaming thing.

Clean, really comfortable bed. Very easy to get the key and return it. Water pressure is best in top floor shower. Well equipped kitchen, big dining table. Building is quiet. surrounding area is nice and clean. I gave low rating for the staff because I didn’t see anyone and had no need to either.

the sink in the top floor bathroom is blocked and the tap is loose. the shower curtain is too big for the bath. I don’t like it touching me when showering because other peoples dirt will be on it. Also if you’re tall you will have to bend in top floor shower. Water pressure isn’t great in middle floor shower. I didn’t make complaint because my room was really clean and my bed was very comfy

The kitchen was very comfortable and had everything I needed to cook. There was a wash-dry room for my clothes for free. It was quite and cosy. The cleaning ladies were very polite.

The bedsheets were very warm and rough for my skin. The heat panel in my room had no "switch off" button. The TV had no signal. The kitchen was not very clean. They should clean the cupboards and the fridge/oven at least once a month.

I got sick one day before my stay at the guest house. As soon as I informed them about the situation the reception was so kind to postpone my reservation to after I was healthy again. And for that I didn't need to pay any additional fees. I really appreciated the flexible administration.

The floors tend to squeak a bit when someone walks on them. It can be a little annoying for people who are trying to sleep during night time.

To check in was very easy, by email I got a code to get the keys from a box, just by the main entrance. I had a very good email correspondence with the guesthouse, their reply very fast. The room and bathroom were very clean and good organised. The sleeping room was nicely decorated, and have a small refrigerator. I did not had time to cook so I can't say nothing about the kitchen. We eat our breakfast just crossing the street at Süsse Ecke, a really nice place with good price and quality products and friendly staff. The guesthouse Hermes is nearly to the bus and tram stops, very convenient if you want to go to the city centre you need to take just on transport directly.

You can hear a bit the people walking upstairs. It did not bothered me.

It was so easy to checkin! i know some people had problems with the code being sent in the past and other issues, but I had no issues and our room was super clean and the property was well maintained.

Thé location is slightly - only slightly! far from Zeurich HB, but the public transportation made it easy to reach the location!

Easy in and out with the contactless check-in, no waiting for the reception. Nice location in downtown Höng, close to groceries, public transport, etc. Walking distance to my office near Prime Tower. Price. Nespresso machine and kettle.

Dishwasher is permanently broken. TV is complicated to operate and sometimes does not work.

There are bus and tram stops very close to the hotel, which allows to get to the center without changes. The hotel is very clean, good linen and towels.

There was not light in my room. The was electricity - to charge the telephone or watch TV, but nether top nor table lamp did not function.

Good location, nice shared kitchen.

Getting the code for the key box was pretty complicated, and it wasn't so clear to me where my room was / how to get in. I eventually figured it out but it took awhile.

• Near bus station (around 230 from accommodation) • 11 bus stations from the city centre to accommodation (around 20 minutes) • Near Migros' supermarket (around 150m from accommodation) • Room is perfect, toilet & bathroom is clean, kitchen is well order.
