INSIDE FIVE City Apartment

Very nice place. Microwave, fridge, shower, backyard, fans. Everything as expected.

The communication was lacking, we couldnt get in at first, because there were a lot of different instructions on the booking page and in email and in messages and on the door. The biggest problem was that one of the beds was missing a few planks so the matress falls. I got hurt trying to sit down on this bed.

The room was very comfortable, good size, slept well. The neighborhood was quiet and the room was very close to convenient public transportation!

When we arrived we rang the buzzer to be let in and no one came to the door. We had to call a number to be let in, but as international travelers without an international phone plan that can rack up a large cost.

The place was nice and a 10 min walk from the Zurich HB station. Supermarket Denners was nearby and there were some food places nearby as well. Room was big enough for 3 people with 3 single beds. The receptionist was nice too. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use.

1. The pillows are not good - they need to change the pillows. 2. The phone outside the door does not work even if there is a sign that says to dial a number to get them. They dont have a whatsapp number as well and they expect you to call them, which is not good because we will incur overseas charges. They should get the doorbell fixed. Luckily for us, someone saw us and opened the door for us.

Great location with many facilities close by for Zürich including a 19 minute walk to the Zürich HB train station, 2 minutes for a large Migrolino for food shopping and for our visit we appreciated a 3 minute walk to the X-tra which holds concerts. The room was clean and had all the facilities you need such as microwave, a good size fridge with small freezer, an oven and hob and a kettle. We had a room with a balcony which was used all the time.

The room is very tightly packed but for me it was ok and I prefer to have the facilities than space. There is not much room to place the suitcases. Also this room had 2 single beds and no double.

Lovely place, beautiful location

Nothing here…. But it was hot weather that was not expected, Switzerland is getting warmer. We carried too many clothes, but it could be because we didn’t know better.

It has a lift which is a plus if you have a big luggage. The kitchen amenities sufficient, satisfactory. Clean bedding, towels, bathroom. Location wise👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, metro is just around the corner to go the main station. Restaurants are nearby - Chinese, Mediterranean, Italian etc.

I could hear people upstairs moving their stuffs or something else, anyway it didn’t really matter because we were so tired that we had a good sleep.

Great cooking equipment. Two medium pots, a large non stick frying pan, basic utensils, but enough to cook eggs, pasta or soup if you're wanting to save money. Great location 10 minutes walk to Zürich HB, a lot of supermarkets walking distance, 3 minutes to a tram stop. Incredible water pressure and heat in the shower. Big Shower gel and hand wash in the bathroom. Room was warm without being a furnace. The housekeeping lady was friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

The bed. Felt like the slats were out of place, creaked with every small movement, mattress was not the best. Only just qualifies as a double. Did not get a good sleep. But the duvet was warm and the pillows were good.

An easy walk from main station and the staff were kind enough to look after my baggage between when I popped in after alighting the sleeper train and the proper check-in time, which is always very much appreciated. Location was fine, near a tram line and the main station. Kitchen was adequately equipped.

The room on the third floor was a little on the warm side, but Europe had just had a heat wave the week before so I don't know if this was typical. No other issues.

Super clean, neat and tidy, very good maintenance of the facilities. Especially with lift for heavy luggage traveller. Location is convenient but not noisy, tram is near by but not next to, only 5 mins ride to main transport and bus terminal.

Office not always has staff. Need to call for help and some time call might not good connection if travellers only borrow WiFi device, not purchase sim card.

Close to the station and transport hub of Limmatplatz. lots of restaurants and the chic EuropaAllee is very close, too. Tons of restaurants in all price ranges, a good bakery (Jung on Limmatplatz) a cult spice store (Beat Heuberger) very close, many organic stores in the area, the large Migros supermarket, the pleasant park of Josefwiese not far, a cult coffee shop called Mame, a cult ice cream shop called Eisvogel, a gourmet food court with restaurants called Viadukt. Also a movie theatre (Riff-Raff, Cosmos) Nice kitchen. They take the care to fold the towels in a pretty scupture-like pile...

I wish there were staff present more of the day, but with the Corona.... No instructions for the TV, but that's common
