Renaissance Zurich Tower Hotel

Very clean. Friendly and helpfull staff. Perfect location to visit zurich. Room with nice view and very comfy bed.

The steam bath was out of order. Due to covid only people from one room where able to visit the wellness facilities at a time.

Very friendly and professional staff. We were very welcomed! The breakfast was also very good. Special thanks to the bar handler, the lady on the breakfast staff and the lady at the reception for their kindness with our kids <3

The hotel is great, really not much to complain about.

We booked the hotel via Booking.com and then tried to extend our stay. That's were things got really complicated. At the end I don't care who's at fault, booking or the hotel. But it should not be such a complicated excercise to exend my stay for two days.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Air conditioning. Beautiful views. Room service. Comfortable bed linens.

Bench in room and bed headboard leather was falling/flaking off, looked cheap and bad. The room with the separate toilet was bright pink/purple with mirrors. Didn’t remind me of a 5 star business hotel. Room could have used a rug to soften the echo/coldness/emptiness of the room for comfort Range of TV channels limited

All was what one would expect to a Renaissance Hotel Although on paper the location was not great, in actuality it was good because of the presence of the Hardbrucke Train Station

The room keys seem to be temperamental I had a group of 26 guests and several had room key issues. I found that in order to make the elevator work, the keys needed a little cajoling. I saw that other guests had this issue. Would strongly suggest that your IT takes a look at this issue, as it WAS very annoying, especially when one is in a hurry and/or tired.

The location is out of the centre. The train station is 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. it is only one station stop to the city center. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a car parking beside the hotel and there is an access from the car parking to the hotel. The staff will help you with your luggages.

No variety of the breakfast buffet and it is a bit expensive.

Very comfortable, spacious room (free upgrade to superior room) on 15th floor with great view. Very friendly staff, great breakfast. Easy and quick to get to all parts of town, with various public transport including direct train to airport nearby. Excellent value for money.

The “terrace” of the restaurant looks a bit cold and not cosy in this modern, newly build neighborhood with huge buildings around. For dinner there was only a very small bar menu available - but that was somehow understandable due to the pandemic situation.

Our family room is very spacious and the location is close to the tram station .

The food quality of the restaurant is just so so. We have dinner at the G/F restaurant but the lamb rack is too hard and can only said it is “warm” but joy hot enough

Staff members at all levels are excellent the location is not a problem as it is very close to the train station

The room was big enough for three people 60 meters and very well organized The executive lounge was great

The receptionist are liars for example we asked for connected room cause we have 2 child they said no and we go for another shift later they said yes we have more than one and they gave us upper floor
