The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is a walking distance to the train station and just outside the hotel is a taxi stand.

Breakfast food is ok although crowded. I have pre paid for our breakfast at the hotel counter.There was a long queue for the guest to have a table and chair to sit on. We were attended by a male staff. I was in the midst of guests getting food, the lady resto staff interrupted just to ask if I have registered before taking breakfast food. I find that experience aawkward and humiliating. There should be a proper coordination there among resto staff and hotel reception.

The room was generous with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and water pressure was great. Housekeeping kept things very well and never disturbed me. The front desk staff are always there and attentive. Close to my office and great museums. The breakfast options from scrabbled eggs, sausages and bacon to fresh friut and pastries, yoghurt and coffees to order made the stay very pleasant.

It is really not a dislike. The bathroom fixtures and the smoked glass door to the bathroom seem a bit dated. Everything worked, the room was very comfortable, but the style is a bit old. If you need a great hotel room for work and confort this place is fine.

We like the cleanliness of the room, the interior which is modern, and the location. It is just beside the Atocha metro station, however, you have to walk a few blocks due to the exit point of the Metro station, about an 8-10 mins walk.

Not really did not like it, but I hope that the hotel could consider giving complimentary bottled water in the rooms as it makes a difference when the guests arrived especially in the summer season.

Great hotel with friendly/helpful staff! We loved staying here because it was clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, and very close to the train station. In fact... we could see the hotel from the train when we arrived! Taxis were available at the door almost continuously. When we were catching a taxi, the driver didn't know English and I didn't know enough Spanish... it was the day of the marathon and he was trying to explain it was basically impossible to get where we were planning. So we went to the front desk and one of the staff translated and helped us plan how to get where we wanted to go... we walked, but it was a lot of fun seeing parts of the city we would not have otherwise seen. Plus we stopped to watch part of the marathon. Great breakfast the following morning and quick ride to the airport from it. Great place to stay!

Very comfortable sleep beds were top quality. The evening meal was nice and at 19 euro per person was good. Breakfast on the other hand is 16 euro per person which in my opinion is way too expensive, so we had a nice breakfast in a nearby bar for 9 euros for the three of us.

We got an upgrade and the room we stayed in was phenomenal. There was a huge spa bath, the room was clean and the staff were friendly. My only regret was that we didn't stay in Madrid for longer! I wasn't expecting to love the city as much as I did. We will come back to Madrid on our next visit and we will stay here again. Thank you!

I didn't like AT ALL, the fact that when I returned from breakfast, the cleaning lady was in my room cleaning and besides the fact that she wasn't that polite, I saw that some of my clothes and underwear had fallen on the floor probably when she opened the window which she never cared to even pick up. I also didn't like that they didn't change my towels the second day (although I didn't know if I had to ask for it) because I also saw the towel I used for my feet after my bath was thrown on my dirty shoes and she just took it after and folded it back which made me had serious thinking about the hotels cleaning.

Location was great, close to Atocha train and bus station. The room is spacious and has AC, there is a floor length mirror in the room and the bathroom had a bathtub, both are very rare!!! Comfy bed and felt really clean.

The pillows had a funky smell, like from all the disinfecting chemicals... I would have appreciated a mini fridge, especially in this heat. Doors are a bit noisy so when fellow guests leave their rooms, it wakes you up.

Good location, friendly staff, clean. We traveled with 2 small kids and had the junior suite with plenty of space. Also, we had to storage the stroller and they were very helpful. The jacuzzi was top, especially for the kids. They had a lot of fun.

Lovely clean modern room, the beds were soo comfy, we had a great sleep, great shower, hotel staff helpful and location is close to train station and city centre
