Nice hotel, good quality, beautiful interiors, spacy rooms. Everything in the room works just fine. Big windows with a view to the airport. Good wi-fi. Decent breakfast. Nice location next to a metro station, good connection to the airport (free shuttle) and Expo Center. Also it's good that hotel is situated inside a big mall, so you have a choice of restaurants and shops very close to you. I was allowed to check out 2 hours later for free which was also pleasant.

It's not too comfortable to get to the hotel at night or late evening because the mall is closed and you need to find a way to sneak inside and then go up by not-working escalators in the darkness. Also it's quite strange to have a sink in the room entrance but not in the bathroom.

The location. 1 stop away from disneyland, 2 stops away from mongkok and ngong ping just outside the hotel area. The mall (citygate outlet) is also one stop shopping. The also provide shuttle to hotel from airport vice versa every 30 min This hotel is in a good location if you're only planning like one time to hongkong island.

The bidet it isn't working. They already sent technician but still didn't work. They told us they're gonna call me back if there's room available in the same floor because we booked 2 rooms. But they didn't contact us again. The other room also had bidet problem on a third day.

The customer service at the Silveri is second to none. Every staff I encountered are attentive and responsive. They listened and went above and beyond to help making my stay comfortable. I wanted to make a special call out to Riomae and Katherine at the Front Desk, Wa Jeh from Housekeeping, Crystal and Edrick a the Concierge. Everyone of you had been so helpful and caring. Your sincere care made my stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you! You guys are the stars! The room is beautiful, spacious, clean and well-maintained. The bed is very comfortable and the hotel has a good variety of pillow options. The Executive Lounge is nice. It is a quiet, calm and peaceful environment with a great view, a perfect place for an afternoon coffee or a drink in the evening to sit back, relax and enjoy. It is one of my favourite place in the hotel. The hotel is well located. It is close to the airport and transportations as well as some of the major attractions such as Disney, NP360, TaiO etc. Effortless access to the shopping centre and eateries. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Silveri to anyone who is visiting HK.

Didn't took the option of breakfast. The are ample food in Citygate outlet or if you venture out the surrounding there is a couple of fast food kind of HK style food serving rice/noodles next to a Jap Daiso style store. If you cross the MTR bridge there are another couple of food options. Our friend bought us to a really local neighborhood about 10 minutes by Bus 38 (Take from Citygate Depot to the end-need to pay cash or best if you have their Octopus card) There is an aircon-local wet market & various local food options. (We went there twice!) To go back take the same bus 38. The room is really clean and nicely decorated though a bit small. The room attendants replenished the coffee capsules/tea/drinking water daily. Shaver is available at reception. Had an issue with the Bidget and once reported, it was fixed when we returned. Room has at least 6 USB charging slots which was really great. The free airport transfers were great and we utilized it to & fro for our 4D3N HKG short getaway.

The room was really cold... No matter how we set the temperature to 24C it will remain at 19-21C. Only option was to off the air-con and turn on when we sleeping. Not sure why the hotel card was always in the slot when most other hotels will require u to remove when leaving the room. It was already there when we checked in so we didn't removed it. Was told by the room attendant the laundry bags/shoe bags were chargeable so we didn't take them.

When it comes to hotels I think it’s important to elaborate and be as detailed as possible as this is where you’re spending the majority of your money! Quick summary: I found this hotel very hard to fault. It has all the amenities required for myself, hair dryer, safe, towel and robe and slippers. Etc the basics. A fridge and bonus would be the Airplay compatibility on the tv for when you want to stream some YouTube for some ideas for your Hong Kong trip!! Etc. The only one thing that really let it down for me and this isn’t a huge deal but more of a preference, especially for me who gets major get lagged would be the lack of a 24hour food shop for snacks etc. In Singapore I had access to 24 hour stores and even in England lol. I think this could be something that the hotel could personally resolve quite easily unless I am the only one requesting this then it likely won’t be worth while for them lol The detailed review below: Checking in was quick and efficient. There is a 5000HK$ deposit =£500. I hadn’t converted any cash at this point and my HSBC bank decided to block my card which meant I was unable to pay the deposit, however the hotel quickly found a solution which I was very grateful for. I was also upgraded with a sea view room!! Free of charge!! Beautiful view!! Thank you. It’s a prime location in my opinion. Connected to the MTR Tung Chung station allows for a direct one stop route to DISNEY LAND!!!! And direct path to Tsim Sha Tsui, Where you’ll find malls like Kll Musea and harbour city which are both extremely huge but both basically have the same stores so, no need to visit each one and this proves true for basically all of the malls in Hong Kong lol. Harbour city will allow for nice photos of the bay and avenue of the stars. Etc So, the hotel has U.K. plugs and USB ports therefore, no need to waste money and time on bringing these extra plugs. Has a hair dryer, safe, body wash, hand wash etc and some.

I would have liked a 24hour grocery store but it’s not the end of the world

+Carmela (I think she's one of the front desk officers) - one of the best customer engagement skills we've encountered in all our trips around the world. +Japanese toilet (enough said) +we only booked a basic room but the views and amenities were amazing. + location (Tung Chung MTR is connected to the Citygate Outlets and the Silveri is right above the outlet mall + they provided a kids amenities kit for our child staying with us + good shower and handwash dispensers, and huge towels.

- the shower room had a little sealant sticker(?) for (what seems like) a huge gap .. it was just very distracting for me. - the shower door also lacked the sealant rubber for a portion near floor so some water leaks out to the room - only 2 sets of room slippers provided, none for the child

Is a new hotel so everything is new which was good. Beds & pillows are very comfortable. We had a family room and a twin room. Family room was all good but not the twin room. The room door at the family room was not so heavy compared to the twin room.

The twin room door is very heavy, we had to use our mighty strength to open the door each time. The sink was choke during our stay, after our feedback (in English) to the front desk, a technician came knocking at our door as he received a wrong msg from the front desk that our TV is spoilt😅

I would like to compliment your reception staff as a whole for being consistently helpful throughout our stay. It was evident that they genuinely cared about the guests' experience and were always willing to assist with any query or request. Their friendly and patient demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere that truly enhanced our overall stay. I would like to express my gratitude to Ms. Rio and the entire reception staff for their remarkable dedication and customer-centric approach. It is because of individuals like her that guests feel valued and welcomed at your hotel. Thank you for your attention.

I do have a small concern regarding the breakfast service. On the morning of 12 July. we arrived at the breakfast area around 10:30, only to be informed that it had closed. Having planned our morning around the advertised breakfast timing, this came as a disappointment. However, I must mention that the way this issue was handled by one of your staff members, Ms. Rio, significantly improved our experience.

Amazing property. Love the design, the rooms were very clean and cozy. I really felt relaxed throughout my entire stay. The Concierge front office and housekeeping were very responsive and easily reachable via WhatsApp. The shuttle bus also very convenient. Christine from the Front Desk was especially helpful. The bathroom had a Japanese-style bidet, which is hard to come across in Hong Kong, so bonus points there. You could cab to HK Disneyland from here but for the full experience, the MTR is right beside the hotel (which is also attached to the outlet mall, great for shopping). Ngong Ping 360 cable car is also right beside the hotel - huge perk.

I wish room dining had more of a selection in the menu. Wish there were more signs to find the hotel from outside to inside the mall, but we figured that out in Day 2.

Great location, inside the shopping mall, and just a few min walk to cable car station , bus stop, and MRT terminal. The room was so amazing, with hot spa inside and a smart toilet seat. The breakfast buffet has a variety of choices and delicious. Love the dim sum. Staff are friendly and polite.

The seat at the shower area was unstable, we dint dare to sit on it, so scare it would fall off.
