Very safe location, located near to the ditie (subway station) and one of the biggest mall is just a wall away, many restaurants around

Well the Location is very nice, but the rooms are too small, no table for a laptop or where one could put a meal, very small that the movements are limited. Also there is noise coming from the nearby railway line. The rooms are a bit cold with no heater provided

We had the Africa room and it was really nicely decorated and not over the top. Spacious bathroom. And the location of hotel was very close to the MTR and light rail so traveling around to Hong Kong is very easy. The reception area was nicely presented too with the penguin theme. We would deffinately book here again.

The only problem we had was my mother found it quite tight from the end of the double beds to the wall where the TV was mounted on. The pass way was abit tight for her to walk by. But everything else in the room was well equipped to our needs.

This is our second time here (first time in summer 2021). Location is extremely convenient. Tuen Mun MTR station is just 5 minutes away and the Ho Tin Light Rail stop is less than a minute. We tried the seafood buffet and the food quality was good for the price. I do recommend it to people who are planning to celebrate their anniversaries or birthdays there. We also tried the fitness room this time. It's a bit small, but the basic equipment was there, and everything was clean and decent. Rooms are very small, but that's to be expected for this kind of price and convenience. There are family rooms available if you need more leg space. Basic amenities, such as toothbrushes and mugs are provided, so there's no need to bring extra luggage with you.

Swimming pool was closed even though we went in the middle of summer and the fifth wave of the pandemic had already waned. Quite disappointing because we were looking forward to enjoying the pool like we did last year.

I would recommend to friends with family and kids as the hotel is full of surprises! Hotel lobby’s decor attracts kids attention right away. Each floor has different theme which is never seen and nice idea to stay in a property like this! Me and mu kids stayed in the “penguin room” with bright and nice decor and amenities. Will re-visit again!

It would be great if more than one floor is with penguin theme as my other family couldn’t book into the same type of room with kids due to the popularity of this.

CONVENIENT LOCATION. REASONABLY PRICED. FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT RECEPTION STAFF. EXCELLENT HOUSE KEEPING STAFF. INTERIOR DESIGN IN ROOM, RECEPTION AND HALLWAY IS SIMPLE BUT COMFORTABLE.

TILE GROUT AND SEALANT IN SHOWER SHOULD BE RE-DONE WITH BETTER WORKMANSHIP. WOOD PANEL DAMAGE CAUSED BY WATER BOILER STEAM NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.

The floors are all themed which added a lovely feel of adventure to the stay, particularly as we were travelling with smalle children who really enjoyed the children's playroom on the 5th floor (complete with drivable electric cars!)

We were there on New Year's Eve and the only takeout meal available was Eel, but given that it was 31st December I can forgive the hotel!

I do appreciate the staffs working attitude. The room cleaning is professional , feel good. And the other staffs are good as well. Good place good living.

The restaurant buffet gave a bad experience. They posted the reservation post of Feb 1 2022 with a reservation phone number. However no one answered my call even I left my mobile phone no. Hope they can do better next time.

I love this hotel. It is clean and comfortable. Location for local people is not convenient, but for us it was perfect. We had a very nice cleaning lady, she was so sweet and considerate. Thank you

The shower is powerful , and shower door is tight against water splash.

Close to MTR station, very convenient.

I liked the room size. I stayed in the Thai themed double room.

I was not given prior notice as of my time of check-in that breakfast ends at 10am. I arrived the restaurant around 9.54am and was told I had just six minutes. I explained to the staff that I did not have prior notice, so she said I could stay in restaurant to eat for about 30 minutes. I did not like the symbol on the wardrobe. It looked eerie to me.
