Kyriad Marseille Blancarde - Timone

We went for a group trip for the rugby world cup, 10 of us and i've come back very impressed. The pool area for us was the highlight, the pool was a great size and really gave us somewhere to relax. I would actually say itys better than the photos. Rooms very nice, for what we needed, and cleaned every day. Staff were nice and the breakfast went down very well.

Nothing really. The location perhaps isnt *quite* the best, some of the streets on the way to the Port (where we did most of our socialising / drinking for the rugby world cup) arent, in my view, the safest but there were no issues in the immediate area around the hotel. Thats not a reflection on the hotel though, thats the city in general. The other small thing is that in the room there wasnt a curtain or screen on the shower, That wasnt an issue for me but it made it almost impossible not to flood the floor with water, which I just thought creates issues for the cleaners. As I say, didnt affect our stay but wondered if it made the cleaners life harder?

Clean and fresh and friendly and helpful staff. Could speak English and although very busy and full they were very helpful and accommodated our special requests. Good location close to public transport.

We had to make a call to the hotel every-time we needed the parking garage gate opened to enter and then again to exit. Could be an easier way using code or key card.

The room was not huge but it was more than enought for 2 people. The place was very clean. The location was really good, and you have the TRAM just with 2 minutes walking. The pool is amazing, clean and quiet. The hosts were really nice, specially a lady that I can't remember the name. I really recommend this place.

The only thing to point out was that there was only 1 towel when the room was booked for 2 persons, apart of that nothing else to say.

We loved the location; not in the thick of the action, so we could really relax, but also a seven minute tram ride to the port, so we could get into Marseille easily. For us, the real highlight was the staff; this property is run like a family hotel, and the desk couldn’t do enough for us and our three children. This Kyriad is a real find and it’s the staff that make it an excellent place to stay.

the only down size i would say it is that there was no mini fridge in the room…. as a family with a baby this would have been amazing for storing baby food or milk

Staff at the hotel very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Rooms serviceable and clean and breakfast plentiful. All in all good value for money. Tea and coffee provided free also.

A little off the beaten track but near to tram and metro and train station so not really an issue.

The pool was nice and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was good sized and the location was close to the Blancard station.

The carpet in the room was a bit old and worn, some people staying at the hotel were partying so quite noisy in the night. There's some nice bulangieries around.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I could get all advice I needed, and they even helped me save money. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Water did not flow very well in some of the sinks in the bathroom. Could be improved. Overall, it was manageable but this can definitely be improved.

Excellent location to easily access alot of sights we wanted to see in Marseille. Staff were really friendly. Room was small but perfectly fine for the two of us! Pool was lovely!

We would’ve loved an extra couple of towels as it was hard to dry our wet items!

The pool, comfy bed and Lucy the helpful receptionist who advised me where to go for dinner and the sights.

Biscuits weren’t always replenished by the kettle.
