great location near main sites but still quiet room, clean, affordable, solid.

Location is perfectly central. Good price - expectations balance. Staff was always at reception ready to answer questions. It is right at the centre of the shopping thoroughfare. They upgraded me from the attic to a better room upon arrival.

The place does need some renovation. There is nothing totally negative about the place. Other places around were much more expensive especially central ones.

Staff were absolutely incredible- so welcoming and always willing to help. We ended up having to isolate here for a week because we caught Covid and the staff were so understanding and went above and beyond- for example, they don’t usually do room service for the breakfast (which was lovely by the way) but they brought us a tray of food so we could stay in our room. The room was super clean as well!

I found the mattress really uncomfortable- it was a very hard mattress so if you’re like me and need something softer then that’s something to consider (even my partner who likes a hard mattress felt that it was too firm!)

Position and staff. At 2 minutes walk from the old port (Port-Vieux), the hotel is well located in the city center. Streets below are filled of nice shops, cafes and everything possible. I felt also very safe and people are very friendly. Definitely I will take more days off to visit the city next time.

I believe that the management should think about replacing moquette, just as a constructive feedback.

Good hotel. Great location, very close to the port and attractions. Located on a quiet street, next to a pedestrian street with shops and cafes. Very nice staff, helpful in every way. Thank you very much for this! Nice room, there is an electric kettle, there was even tea and sugar, coffee bags, comfortable bed.

The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They arranged for a bed for my infant at the last minute. The rooms are clean, functional and well maintained. There are many restaurants around to enjoy a nice meal.

Really helpful and friendly reception staff; great location being only a short walk from the old Port; and good if basic facilities

The escalator is - as many have commented -small, and it would be a hassle to get big bags to the room.

unfortunately the bath/shower screen leaked water all over the bathroom floor

Perfect location for leaving in the Vieux Port Clean room/hotel

Everything was from very good to perfect, absolutely nothing to complain about
