Kyriad Marseille Palais Des Congrès – Vélodrome

The hotel was perfectly located for the velodrome stadium. It took approximately 25 minutes to walk there. The staff were very friendly and it was useful to have the option to park, although this was extra. Considering we stayed on a match day the price for our stay wasn't too bad. Overall, the hotel was perfect for our one night stay.

The aircon was very effective, but noisy so not easy to sleep with it on. There was a kettle and cups to make a hot drink, but no spoons in the room which was probably just an oversight

The staff were excellent, especially the gentleman who greeted us on arrival, very late into the evening. He assisted us with a car problem. Also the gentleman at reception in the morning, when we enquired if he had any tool, as we needed a 6mm Allen Key, produced a box of different sizes keys. Lovely staff and a very nice, comfy hotel

Just a tad way out of the centre for us, though we walked it twice. Handy of course for the sports stadiums.

Staff were excellent, very helpful. Room was clean and AC good. Impressed with the bathroom it was a quality build. No noise or disturbance. Most of all, from the decor to TV and accessories, they didn’t try to hard to seem fancy and luxury for a mid-low range hotel. Everything was just a very good quality standard.

Only thing was the location. A bit far from where we wanted to be. However E scooters made it easier to travel into the main city area in reasonable time.

This hotel is very comfortable, funcional room with a good bed. The clean was very nice, every day our room was cleaned and organized. Also have coffe and hot water free. The restaurant is good, with beer and food until the night. The location is an good neighbor and about 10 minutes from the touristic center!

To the people that prefer stay near from tourist center this hotel is a little far, you can’t go walking, just with car.

Well located , rooms are clean and bathrooms a decent size for the type of room. Breakfast was lovely and the dining area neat and modern. Friendly front desk staff and very helpful.

The outside sadly in front area but assume it’s the best u can do.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a small but adequate bar. It is close to the Stade Velodrome, so perfect if watching sport there.

The immediate area surrounding the hotel is not pretty and there are no bars or restaurants.

Staff superb. Location good, bit of a walk to metro to old port area - which was spectacular. Parking on site, secure and easy. Room quiet with good blackout, so restful. Breakfast great value. Haven't used Kyriad before, will in future.

Paper cups in the room for coffee! - the only cheap feeling aspect of the hotel (Why?)

Comfortable accomodation

We waited for return of the enormous deposit of 100 euro way to long. It was about 7 days, when the receptionist told us it will be returned in a day or two.
