The hotel food was excellent. The restaurant manager hand delivered room service to our room, she was amazing, the definition of good service.

Our part of the hotel was still under construction, so the lobby wasn’t done. It was ok, we were happy but it’s not as nice as it will be when it’s complete.

Location was good. The room was clean and felt modern which is important for me. The breakfast was extremely good. You can buy ski passes at the lobby; its a very unintuitive process but still convenient. One of the more spacious ski rooms at any hotel within the town in the Alps.

The staff weren't the best executers and made mistakes in information sharing and arranging. The rooms are very small. We were put in a room in another building across the street, commuting for breakfast was inconvenient.

I like that the location was close to the train station. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was okay as well.

When we got there but there was a lot of construction and our room was basically outside at the other building of the hotel and in the morning there we basically people working so we can see them as a view from the balcony as well as there were a lot of debris coming from them that wasn’t cleaned as well each day. The bathroom as well I would say is a bit disappointing since it be was separated from the shower area so the toilet area didn’t have a sink at all.

Newly renovated, lovely, quirky interior. Felt very modern and relaxed. Staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was such good value for money. Amazing location and fantastic views.

Only tiny little niggly things such as the bathroom being really, overly warm. Smart features on TV don't work and no English subtitles. No plug for phone on right hand side of bed and it was two singles put together which makes the bed less comfortable. But other than that it was great!

The location near the river and mountain, the weather was rainy and coldly. Nearby chamonix center. The team is too kind and supportive.

The space of the room is small, they don’t have twin beds, only king bed. I book 2 rooms and all same bed. They don’t serve like 4 star hotels standards !! No water cans in the rooms, you need to buy from outside or refill glasses bottles from potable water machine in ground floor. No luggage service when you arrive , you need to go inside Nd bring the trolly and serve yourself. Also parking is not free , 18 euro per day !!!

The hotel is great for big groups of travellers, being located close to the train station and with a ski rental shop basically inside the hotel (btw would definitely recommend that shop to rent your ski equipment, they are very organised). The rooms we stayed in were all brand new and relatively large, possibly even slightly better looking than in the pictures.

The staff is a bit disorganised at times, but nothing too critical. A major downside is that the hotel doesn't provide any shuttle to the slopes nor does public transport directly take you to the slope. That means you have to walk quite a bit to get to the Brevent cable car, let alone other ski areas.

The location was fantastic. Right in town so perfect for family with kids who don’t want to walk far to restaurants. Le Planards (ESF ski school slopes) is an easy walk away. We kept our ski equipment there rather than walk to and fro with it every day though. Breakfast was perfect. good options and yummy cakes. Got very busy after 9am though so go early if you want a quiet start to the morning.

Maybe time the carpets got changed but other than that it was great.

The location is excellent. You can walk to the city centre, all the nice restaurants and cafes and some of the attractions too. Rooms are big and clean with a nice view when there is not construction blocking it.

The staff are great, but seem to be only one on at the front desk at a time. So everything takes a bit long. They are apologetic about the wait, but it can get frustrating when you are in a rush to get somewhere.

The staff worked very long days and were very nice and helpful. The location was beside the train station and very convenient. Luckily the trains don't run at night so the noise was minimal, we had to keep the windows open because of the unusually warm nights, no air conditioning allowed in the hotels. We had a nice view of Mont Blanc from the corner of our balcony

The room is ok for a short stay, 5 or 7 days. For our 17 day stay there wasn't much storage and the bathroom is tiny but they put a giant sink that took up all the counter space. No flowers or chairs on the balcony. Shag carpet that is difficult to clean, no bedside tables and the reading light was hard to adjust. All of the hand sanitizing dispensers were empty. Doors are heavy and slam shut easily. Breakfast was sufficient but the gluten free items were minimal, a seeded bun and madelines were the only bread options. The salami and sausage weren't marked gluten free so I wasn't comfortable eating them but the baked ham was good. The only eggs available were scrambled and always runny. The coffee machine was very good.

The hotel and the room was amazing. B Very big room with lots of light. The breakfast was very good, plenty of options and delicious food. The location is perfect, 1min walking from the centre but far enough to not hear the people.

I didnt find anything I didnt like, I only stayed 2 days and it was perfect for me. Maybe a little fridge in the room would be nice, so you can have cold drinks and food available, I wanted to but some cheese to take home but I had no place to put keep it.
