Excellent location, appartments linked to main hotel with superb facilities. Very kid friendly.

Hot tub didn't have a temperature control and was too hot for summer/May. Although sign said set to 37 max we think it was nearer 40 judging by experience elsewhere and was too hot to pleasantly relax in. The sofa (which was a sofabed if you had more people) in the sitting room was very uncomfy and the cushions wouldn't stay on to the point we watched TV downstairs in bed instead. In the grand scheme of things these were small issues and we would definitely recommend and return, superb stay overall.

The location, the staff, the facilities. could grab a cafe from foyer or fresh water whenever needed. check in was smooth. staff so helpful and speak multiple languages.

The “private” apartments are accessible by everyone including the public. Security for the apartments is minimal and initial front door lock was broken so anyone could get into the ski storage area and laundry.

Loved the apartment itself. the living room and the kitchen were extremely cozy and welcoming. There were also a washing machine and a drier in a next door service room that we could use.

the apartment had two bathrooms and two toilets, one for each of the bedrooms. however, the bathrooms of one of the bedrooms was with such low ceiling that it was impossible to use it.

Fabulous combination of a lovely apartment with hotel facilities on the doorstep.

Windows small with no view in bedroom ( bedrooms in basement of the apartment we stayed in- all 4 apartments have a different layout - some will have great views)

Apartment was beyond our expectations. They provided everything what is needed especially when you’re traveling with your family. Private Jacuzzi and Sauna was amazing. Especially kids enjoyed Jacuzzi a lot. Location is perfect with parking (free). Staff was very much helpful and courteous.

The room is equipped with everything needed. Facilities and everything were offered as in hotel. Staff was helpful and nice.

The main bedroom is next to water pumping machine so it’s very loud when someone using the toilet at night.

Great to have more space other than just a bedroom /bathroom. Use of the relaxing Spa facilities. Walking distance to so many places within Chamonix.

Great duplex apartment. Good facilities, complimentary wine and cosy atmosphere. Good facilities I'm the main hotel too and a nice breakfast.

Sofa bed in the lounge was noisy and uncomfortable.

The lobby and spa are absolutely beautiful! The staff was so helpful. They even booked dinner reservations for us and recommended restaurants. The apartment was large and comfortable and the location was great!

I loved the apartment. It was very warm and cozy and spacious. The bedrooms were in the basement of the building and we couldn't hear a thing. The jacuzzi was absolutely fantastic. The spa in the hotel was very nice as well. I really liked the free coffee and popcorn and the kids room.

I think the breakfast shouldn't be in cardboard boxes with wooden spoons- very bad for the environment.
