L’Antre d’Eux

Nathalie was a fantastic host. She was very helpful with information. We arrived and got a very warm welcome and information for our stay. The room was large comfortable with lovely features, air conditioned with a great bathroom with quirky details which I love. Working in hospitality, touches like cotton pads for makeup and toilet roll ends made into a flower are just special! We were able to use the hosts swimming pool which was very welcome after a hot day. Towels provided and a pool honesty bar with beers and soft drinks to avail of with fridge provided for guests, kettle & coffeemaker. Lounger pads to lie on and an abundance of towels. Nathalie very generously took us down to the local pizza place which was an experience in itself. Terrific views of Carcassonne Castle, gorgeous food such a great recommendation. She also gave us a clear address and number for the taxi on the way home. In the morning a lovely breakfast for us awaited on the terrace. Lots of care and attention to detail. We could smell the fresh muffins from the evening before wafting through the house as well as relaxed music. Top class b&b. This couple have gone out of their way to pull out all the stops. A beautiful tranquil immaculately clean place to stay. Sadly only one night but we won't forget our stay in Carcassonne.

Nothing, only that we could have stayed longer

The gite is a little away from the busy city of Carcassonne and situated ip a hill so there was a gdntle breeze which was welcone in the currdnt heatwave. This Is a modern and beautifully equipperd gite with a well appointed room and shower area. The air con was most effective. We had a warm welcome and our hosts made us feel really at home. Breakfast was varied and beautifully presented. We will certainly teturn.

There is nothing not to like.

Nat and Chris are wonderful hosts. Their guesthouse is perfect for those you use a car to explore Carcassonne and all the incredible villages nearby. The rooms were very stylish and clean. The hosts gave us a lot of useful tips about where to eat and which villages are particularly worth to visit. The breakfast was able to satisfy all the different habits of the international guests. If you wish to relax and cool down you'll find a perfect place in the garden or at the pool. The hosts are allways available to satisfy any special need. We will recommend this Guesthouse to all our friends who plan to visit Carcassonne.

The location was great - just a few minutes drive from the city of Carcassone. The house was lovely, and the room was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. Our hostess was friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for our visit to Carcassone and a recomendation for a great restaurant, L'Escargot. Breakfast was outstanding - just what we needed to fuel us for our drive to Arles. It was too chilly for the pool, but it looked very tempting.

The house and garden are very beautifull. Spacious room with nice bathroom. Chris & Nath are the perfect hosts. They are pasionate and very welcoming to guests. Breakfast in the morning was very good. Poolhouse offers a fridge and space where you can prepare your own meal. We loved our stay and will come back one day! We would recommand this to everybody who visits Carcasonne by car.

Nothing!! All was excellent!

We enjoyed an excellent stay at L'Antre d'Eux. Natalie is a fabulous host very welcoming and flexible - we were able to arrive a little early and we could relax by the pool before our trip to the airport. The breakfast was fabulous with great choice and homemade jams, cakes and yoghurts. The decor is lovely and immaculately clean with the additional benefit of the pool and wonderful garden with a great summer house for guests to enjoy. Natalie was able to give some recommendations for local restaurants we went to Abigails in the old town and enjoyed a fabulous meal and at a great price! We enjoyed a lovely glass of rose wine with Natalie and Christophe before we left for the airport - they are so friendly and hospitable our only regret is that we could not stay for longer! We would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect, Nathalie and Christophe were the perfect hosts. This place is amazing and they make you feel so welcome. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, and what a beautiful place they have. Highly recommend this experience to anyone

Nothing all was good

We were just traveling trough and stayed for the night. At the end we wished we did not have to go. The owner was extremely nice, superb place, parking area. Lovely breakfast and amazing rooms. It was beautiful

The only thing I did not like how WE caused trouble by arriving late (after check-in hours) and we had to keep the owner up, what she very kindly did for us

Perefct hosts Nathalie and Christophe, excellent rooms newly refurbished to a high standard and with lots of tasteful design touches. Breakfast was exceptional, home made products and plentiful. Ideally located just a few minutes drive from the medieval city of Carcassonne but in a quiet and peaceful setting.

Could not have been better - everything perfect

We stayed there last weekend. We were very impressed by hospitality Natalie and Chris. Everything was excellent. The swimming pool is big and very comfortable. The room was very well designed and spacious. Breakfast is really French one. Highly recommended this place! Many thanks from Peter and Mila ( Ukrainians)
