The location, comfort, attractive room and public areas, outstanding service from owner, help with restaurants and sightseeing suggestions. The continental breakfast was very nice with fruit and pastries.

The bathroom was small but adequate with the sink in the bedroom, perfectly satisfactory. Steep steps up to the lobby but a wonderful mechanical lift to take luggage up to second floor.

The staff were amazing. Elaine and Marie were very kind. Enjoyed our conversations with Elaine and she always made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was sufficient to get us going through the day. Would have loved variety and some hot options but over all we had a fantastic time. The room was beautiful and the bed was firm which I liked. The location is fantastic, it's only a few minutes walk to everything you need to see. Thank you Elaine and Marie! Stay safe and well! :)

The bathroom and tub/shower was too small for my 6ft 3 partner. Stairs a little steep.

Quaint inn, with antique furniture. Very Old Quebec. Located just a few blocks from Old Quebec sites and restaurants. Although mo elevator, there was a lift for luggage. Hosts Marie and Elaine were very friendly and helpful.

No parking, but parking facility only two blocks away. We dropped our luggage, then got directions, so it was quite easy. Bathroom was small but adequate.

The hotel was fantastic for our stay. Great location in Old Quebec close to everything. Well appointed rooms with furnishings to match the history of the building. Breakfast was quiet and very pleasant, our host couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful answering any question we had. We will be back.

Beautiful little hotel in Quebec City - central but on a quiet street. Easy access to everything you want to see and do in the city. 1 minute walk to promenade. Run with excellence and great attention to detail. Lovely breakfast included. Marie is a super host who offered plenty of advice and assistance. Definitely recommend.

It was perfect.

We really liked our hotel room, the hospitality, breakfast and location were amazing. Mary and Elena were a great hosts. We loved how the ancient architecture details were preserved in the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Our room had huge windows with a nice view. We loved to have our breakfasts in their beautiful garden. I was amazed to learn from Mary that I was staying in a 17th century residence. We will definitely be staying here when we travel to Quebec again.

Helene was absolutely amazing . She was not only a professional at running the business but day to day taking care of the hotel. Marie , the owner is a delight. The location is perfect. The rooms are so clean and comfortable. We will come back !! 10 ++++

next time we will book the larger room. No problem with ours however.

location owners cleanliness. the owner was so amazing. we had a very early flight and she got up at 4 am to call the cab company to make sure they were on there way. we were so appreciative of that. just one little example of super customer service.

liked everything. one piece of constructive criticism- needed a place other than the smaller sized closet to hang our winter coats.

The location was the best, within Old Town Quebec, easy walking distance from the centre, yet quiet, away from hordes of tourists and traffic noise. The owner and her staff made us feel at home.

Perhaps an egg at breakfast to add a little protein to an otherwise delicious breakfast.

Great location. Wonderful staff, very nice breakfast and lovely old building with a lot of chatter. Concierge was delightful and full of great advice.
