Nice location, close enough to drive into the city. Though the room was quite basic, it was clean and had sufficient amenities for our needs. The included breakfast was also very good and the staff were all super friendly.

There was a bit of noise bleed between walls, as you could hear people in the hall and nearby rooms and also our window looked out toward the parking lot and street so it could be loud with cars at times. Also, our room was a single queen bed room with just the basic amenities, which we were totally happy with as that's all we planned to book in the first place. However, it did end up feeling a little overpriced once we arrived and saw how simple the room was for what we paid, and we just wished it was a little cheaper because of that.

1) Great location across from the falls and on a major road. Short drive to old Quebec bypassing most of the new section . Next to isle bridge which was handy 2) 80's style neon decor makes it stand out like one is in Miami. Nice 3) Great breakfast with lots of options including hot pancakes, fruits, yogurts, coffee, tea, juices, muffins, etc 4) Great view of the river and isle during Breakfast 5) Elevator for for tired or physically challenged 6) Staff fluent in English and French

One way street getting our so you have to go a few blocks to turn around. But that's where the gas station is so win win

The desk staff was kind, and ensured that we got the room type we needed (allergy friendly/no pets). The lobby provides free coffee and tea 24/7, and a wonderful outdoor patio to relax overlooking the river. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great with hot food, yogurts, and pastries. The location was super for visiting Montmorency Falls, and only a few minutes from downtown Quebec. There is not much nearby, but a local gas station with some food options is available if needed,

Hard to find off the highway in the dark. We ended up doing several laps because we couldn’t find it. There is a red hotel sign on the side and lit up purple in the front. No lights at the entrance so be aware

Clean and comfortable stay near Quebec City and a 5 min drive away from the Montmorency Falls. Second time we've stayed here. The view of the skyline of Quebec City from the back yard is unbeatable. Plus, they're pet friendly and the staff is very nice. The location is easy to reach even when it snows and there's a few places for food a 5 min walk away (Subway, Tim Hortons, gas station depanneur, etc).

Location and new recent hotel, near Montmorency Falls and Ile d'Orleans. Cleanliness, breakfast included and comfortable King size view with view of river. TV channel service. No french Radio Canada news. Some channels like CNN and Tele Quebec, worked OK for a while, then disappeared later at night?

Breakfast only available until 9 AM and chaotic with too many people trying to get their food before 9AM??

It's was clean and comfy. When our daughter decided to join us last minute, they changed our room no problem. Breakfast was included. We has the river side so a nice view and no traffic sounds. Totally enjoyed ourselves.

We did hear some noise from the neighboring room. Fortunately it didn't last to long.

Relatively new Hotel (not your typical 1970 Motel) well placed right off the main road and right next to the St.Laurent River. Staff extremely pleasant and accommodating. We extended our stay to two nights and changed room for a river view without any problem.

The mattresses are starting to get very soft, particularly where people tend to sit on the sides. The worst however is the same in all mid-level hotels....the A/C units are a disaster. Even though they are not very old they are VERY noisy and difficult to set at a constant temp. You either freeze or you sweat.

Nice to look on the St Laurence Stream, easily accessible. It was clean and okay for one night. The staff was nice.

The breakfast room has a nice view but the breakfast was not really good even for American/Canadian standards. We still heard the loud street in our room with closed windows unfortunately but for one night it was okay.

It's a really nice place that offer you a comfort and an amazing view. Beautiful waterfall close by and a bridge to the island. Room was clean, good size. There were fridge, coffee machine and microwave right in the room. Wifi connection was really good with a fast stream. Bathroom was also clean and pretty large. Stuff is friendly and helpful. There is no public transport between hotel and Quebec city and you have to call a cab (about $30) or use your own car.

Breakfast was pretty boring with no many options.
