Falcon Crest Lodge by CLIQUE

Loved having the kitchenette! It was really quiet and clean and the bbq was an added bonus! Nice deep tub in the bathroom. Property was nice and clean and staff very friendly and helpful. We found the bed a little too firm for our liking but the pillows were super comfy. A couple suggestions for in the room: tongs, a steamer for vegetables, small carpet off the patio as it snowed a lot while we were there. Decaf coffee in the room would have been nice. All and all it is def somewhere we would return on future visits to Canmore!

We had an apartment facing the road with a nice view of the mountains. Long, long freight trains would pass behind the buildings and trees across the road now and then but they were in no way obtrusive. We particularly liked the balcony and the hot tubs. The staff were helpful and courteous. Our apartment had a sauna but we did not use it. The local 5C, free, ROAM bus stops outside the Falcon Crest building which is very convenient for in turn getting the #3 bus to Banff town.

The fact that we had to pay the full cost of our 5 night stay in advance.

The room was great. It was huge perfect to spend 3-4 days. Having kitchen there was bonus. We booked queen size 1 bedroom and sofa bed. You have your own laundry machine in room which is great as well. The staff is very friendly.

We had a little issue with parking. Our big SUV wasn't able to fit in their underground parking. They do have parking outside as well but it was a challenge always to find parking in that lot. They should make the outside parking for big SUV's only.

I have paid much more for accommodation far less thought out than what I found at Falcon Crest. Our room met, then exceeded all of our expectations and needs. The location is beautifully located and a perfect walking distance to downtown Canmore. It was accommodated by excellent walking trails. This was our most enjoyable experience to date in this beautiful town. Staff was friendly and welcoming to us and therefore added to the overall experience. Most certainly a place that we intend to revisit on our next trip.

The staff were extremely helpful and great with recommendations of the local area. Joshua in particular gave us really great service. It was around 15 minutes walk to town but down a scenic route by the river, so was pleasant. Also loved the outdoor hot tub with view of Three Sisters

The housekeeping staff were great but we would have preferred the glasses/dishes to be left for us to clean as we felt bad the dishwasher got put on for just a few items

This was our 3rd or 4th time staying at the Falcon Crest. The room we were upgraded to was perfect for my wife and I to help celebrate or 45th wedding anniversary. It was very comfortable and cozy and had a great view from the balcony. We were nicely surprised to have a bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us when we arrived in the room which was very thoughtful. Thank you to the staff who were very friendly and helpful. We’ll be back.

quiet, comfy, clean room. nice kitchen and furniture. a little bit pricey but it’s banff, or very close to banff. everything works and works great. the washer dryer is good to have as we were on a ski trip. excellent service. we didn’t use the hot tub but looks good. there’s also a gym and meeting room on site. plenty underground parking.

the vent in the bathroom is very loud. we can hear the vent in the next room, same sound pattern as ours. not a big deal as most people don’t turn the vent on in the middle of the night, but could use some improvement.

Quiet. Shower was amazing. Mattress and pillows were amazing. Very spacious room. Lighting for reading in bed was the best. Didn't use kitchen or BBQ but sure is a neat idea for your hotel! Balcony was comfy! Don't watch TV on holidays (our rules; more time for bonding!!)! Underground parking was a bonus. Noticed the carwash, another fabulous bonus, but didn't use it. Maybe next time! A fireplace--how totally cozy and romantic (we used it!).

A visitor at the room across our doorway speaking quite loudly with the guests in that room from the open hallway door at 10:30 PM. After about 5 minutes, I opened our door with the intention of asking them to maybe move the conversation inside; the hallway person looked at me and apologized before I even said anything. Not sure if he left or went inside, but it became quiet again (for us).

This place is wonderful for a family to stay in Canmore. It is literally like a home away from home and had everything we needed. The one bedroom suite was perfect for me and my two children and we really appreciated having a kitchen and places to sit and eat our own food that we brought. There was also a barbeque on the patio that I did not get around using but appreciated having there . After many adventures in the day it was wonderful to relax in the clean hot tubs . I also had very good front desk service from a very kind woman named Donna and she really set the tone for our a little vacation.

we went past the curfew for the hot tub which is easily something to miss when you’re enjoying yourself. The guy that came out to tell us the hot tubs were closing was quite brash and wasn’t very respectful. If he said to us nicely that it was time to go we would have went instead he took an aggressive stance and stared us down like we were a committing crime. I can understand if it was the third time he came out to ask us to leave however it was only the first and as mentioned we would’ve happily left but instead it was a weird vibe that I didn’t have much respect for . Other than that our stay was pretty perfect. That being said when we ran out of towels or items we needed for our condo the man who came up and gave us the extra towels and coffee was super kind !

We love everything, especially the view from our room's balcony. The room was big, so clean, and comfy. The kitchen had everything the we are looking for, especially the coffee maker, and the other utensils like the wine glasses, and other necessary things. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating especially Irish who's there for us.

We don't have anything that we disliked during our stay.
