The staff were lovely, hotel smelt amazing and our room was huge. Great location too.

The wifi was awful we could barely connect, and the shower needed an extra bit of glass or curtain as it got the floor very wet in the bathroom.

The staff was very professional and attentive, both at the reception and in the breakfast area. The rooms are very spacious and so is the hotel in general, which is definitely a plus in such a small city centre. The facility is also conveniently located 2min away from the main square, a big supermarket and pretty much near all the relevant landmarks and restaurant, The property parking is very convenient and directly connected to the hotel through a lovely backyard. The breakfast area is very well curated and assorted.

One of the two rooms we booked had the fridge of the mini bar which wasn't workying (it was quickly substituted with a new one) and the same room had a mishap in tidiness (immediately addressed too). Other than that, as a personal opinion, the two towels given for each guest in the room were of too similar size and none of them big enough. Also, whilst the bed is very comfortable, the same can't be said of the pillows. The small room TVs could also be improved as they seemed to offer a very limited choice of channels which was not consistent across the rooms.

Excellent location.. free shuttle bus from train station to market square...so a 5 min walk to hotel .. amazing staff..very helpful.. was great because we could store luggage until room was ready... great hotel bar..perfect for evening drinks in courtyard garden. Fab toiletries in room... Rituals!!!... great size bed..

Loose tap in bathroom(room220)..plug didnt work in sink.. made shaving a bit tricky for hubby!!!!...room had air con but not all that effective..we feel that condiment tray could have been a bit more.. i.e. biscuits..more sugar. Although they were happy when you asked for more!!!

I loved the location! Although it was a bit of a walk from the train station, it is located near the Belfry of Bruges and the Grote Markt which are some of the main attractions in Bruges. The hotel was quaint and beautiful, and the room I stayed in was more than sufficient. Other things I liked: - Breakfast was good. Cheaper and better options are available outside the hotel, but they open a bit late so the hotel breakfast buffet was more convenient. - The hotel has a tiny garden and a lobby / waiting room with a piano. - Front desk and restaurant staff were very nice and welcoming.

There were some minor things in the hotel room that did not work well: - AC control was not working properly - TV control was also not working properly - We should have called the front desk but we do not know the number as it was not provided anywhere. However these were minor and would have been resolved by going downstairs and talking to the front desk, but for a one-night stay I did not really mind.

The hotel is brilliantly located in the very centre of Brugge. The room was of a good size, and toiletries were supplied. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help me with my pronunciation, bless them.

There are four or five reasonably deep steps from the entrance of the hotel to the door, with a sliding glass panel as the entrance. There are no bannisters on these steps, and decorative lanterns have been placed on each side so it can be tricky to use the walls to ascend. There is an exit at the back of the hotel which is step free, but we were told this could only be used as an exit and the door did automatically shut & lock behind us. We would recommend that the hotel look into making this exit easily available (perhaps with a code) to guests as an entrance.

Fabulous location, so close to the centre and everywhere, was within a super easy walking distance. Would certainly stay here again. We took a taxi from the station for ease with luggage but could easily walk it if you wanted to. Room was lovely, we were lucky that we had access to the upstairs terrace direct from our room, so we sat out one night with a drink before going out again. Even had a small fridge. Staff were great, very speedy, and helpful with our questions and queries.

Only 1 small negative was eveytime we showered the floor got wet, didn't matter how careful we were it would get wet. Therefore had to request fresh towels each day as had to use them to mop up the floor. Certainly wouldn't stop me from staying again though.

The location is perfect, being right in the heart of this vibrant city. We came by car and had booked a parking space, which although tricky to find and navigate past all the people and bikes, was in a secure compund at the hotel, so ideal. The staff were excellent and the atmosphere was perfect.

There some small housekeeping issues, which when viewed together, do distract from what could be a great hotel. For example, the shower was very slow draining, so when taking a shower in the bath, you ended up standing in a foot of water. The curtains were missing hooks, so did not close properly and the ice compartment of the fridge was completely frozen over. We also noted some of the decor in the downstairs were stained. Having a shower in a bath is not that unusual, but most people just want a decent walk-in cubicle. Moreover, being tall, the fixed shower head was below my head height, so I had to duck down to shower properly.

Excellent location. We were seeing Belfort (Bellfry) from our room and listening the musicbox like sounds of the tower. Very friendly staff and clean, spacy rooms. Entire hotel smells great. Cosy old street just in the heart of Brugge. You can even walk from and to the train station in fifteen min. Everybody do so. Just exit the station and follow everybody :) No worries, Beugge is a flat city. It’s also a sightseeing of the beautiful city and it’s an easy walk even with luggages with weels.(Noisy though, because of the old style street stones.)

The only minus was that there were twin beds which kind of seperates a couple although we told them it was our second honey moon.

This is in a fantastic location, minutes walk to the market square and shops. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfy. There was a good selection of food for breakfast each morning, lots on offer. Parking was great, next to the hotel.

Some really small things - no where to put the hand soap once used, it seems trivial but it just had to be left on the counter top. For a luxury hotel, I would have liked to have had some nicer and larger towels! one hook to hand both Bath towels and hand towel. The television stopped working on day two, it’s nice to be able to watch the news in the morning but couldn’t for the duration of our stay. Coffee and Tea making facilities - had to unplug the fridge as no where to plug the kettle. I think logistically the toilet could have gone into the bathroom, it’s not that pleasant having a toilet placed next to the bed.

This is a very comfortable four-star hotel in the old town, near the famous Belfry of Bruges and close to many restaurants and coffee bars. Room was very spacious and quiet, and the view to a small street was relaxing. It felt in the middle of everything, except for the silence.

The only frustrating thing was the poor wi-fi signal. At times, it was down completely and I needed to use my limited data on the phone to have some Internet access.
