the location was great. vey private and quiet

the mattress, pillows and duvet were shocking. I ended up having to sleep on the floor. both bedrooms we had need proper firm mattresses that you can’t feel the springs or wood slats through and pillows and quilt so thin it’s like tissue paper. and the sensor in the hall way is to sensitive, with sleeping on the floor every time I moved the light came on and the door was shut.

So close to all amenities great location.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, both woke up with back ache.

Great location, superb cleaning service great value for the money. Love the hotel quality towels and single use flip flops which you don’t expect it from a reasonable and low price budget stay. The costumer service was very handy. Didn’t see any receptionist to be present in the property (except the cleaners) but I was able to reach them if needed in no time over the phone or watsapp. Seems to be a family business. Overall one of my best valued stay in Lincoln as I am a regular visitor to Lincoln due my job. 5 star

Location was perfect for our needs, & we liked that it was above a pub we could nip into for a night cap before bed. Comfy and clean space. Complimentary crisps & croissants were a thoughtful touch. Will probably book again in the future!

The walls were extremely thin & the people staying in the next room were incredibly noisy & seemingly oblivious to that fact. They were up at 0500 stomping around & taking loudly on check out day. That's not the fault of the property owners though, just something unfortunate that couldn't be helped.

The room was clean and did the job

The entry key pad information was a bit confusing as I didn't realise how to find the keys to room was very confusing there was intercom but for private people not for the actual hotel but once we got the hang of it and finally got to our room it was ok

Location on top, kitchen very fine

Don't look for Top Flor's name ,but the adress!!!! Smart TV only in kitchen lounge and room 2 ( of 3 ) with toilet/bath outside! Kode to keys via message around 15 00!

The breakfast was okay for the price of the room. There was milk and tea bags available. The location is great.

We were a bit nervous about the fire escape route and regulations from the room.

I liked the cleanliness of the facilities and the location of the flat. I liked how the staff texted me the code to get my key to access the flat, so I could enter and leave when I wanted.
