Everything we needed for our stay was provided so we didn't have to pack additional items location was perfect 2 mins from main Lincoln centre surrounded by pubs shops etc beautiful setting would highly recommend anyone coming to stay at the apartments we would def re visit in the future

The glass coffee table as we both kept catching it with our legs even after moving it few bruises lol 😆 daily house keeping was advertised but we didn't have any during our stay had to provide ourselves with toilet roll not that it was a major issue

The apartment was a good size for the 2 of us with everything we could have possibly needed. Perfect location for shops and restaurants. Bed and pillows were super comfy and the apartment in general was clean and smelt fresh. Really easy check in and check out, very organised set up. We felt at home and really liked the extra touches with the books under the coffee table and even a board game! Everything was in working order and we felt very comfortable. Thank you :)

The bathroom had a strong smell of damp and dirty trays were left in the oven but apart from those 2 things, everything else was perfect and we had a really great stay.

Nice modern apartment close to high street and shops so very convenient. A short walk up the famous iconic steep hill and you were in the heart of the Cathedral quarter or a stroll down to the Brayford pool. Everything felt pretty new so a nice experience visiting Lincoln. Parking at the rear using the Motherwell car park.

Fault with wifi while we were there which meant not getting tv channels for the evening like Netflix but muddled through using phone, fixed on the Monday so guess all fine normally

Central location, 5 minutes from city centre and both Brayford and Cathedral close by. Car park behind property where you can see your vehicle. Second floor Apartment, no lift, but lovely on inside with rooftop view of cathedral. Very clean and well equipped. Bed is comfortable and although on busy road, it doesn't intrude inside the apartment for noise. Good amount of storage, hangers for two for extended stay. Decent range of toiletries in bathroom, heated towel rail appreciated after soaked by rain on way back! Really enjoyed our stay and will be back, no hesitation in recommending to others

Steep climb to second floor could be a hassle if loaded with luggage or mobility issues. Bathroom really is very narrow, difficult to avoid banging hands, elbows. TV needs retuned for latest channels and TV in bedroom just doesn't connect, period. Kitchen well equipped, but a wine opener and kitchen roll would be appreciated - its the little things! Overall these are just niggles and won't stop us coming back

Cathedral View on top floor - there's NO lift! Good communications from agents central location and nearby parking quiet apartment despite being in city centre very clean

bathroom very small and needs repairs & renewals - shower facia, shower head fixing on wall, grouting, duration of hot water kitchen well appointed with appliances and very clean - could do with some glasses, crockery being replaced - basic items such as kitchen roll, tea/coffee/sugars

Well located apartment. Modern and attractively decorated. Well equipped and clean. Easy to walk to most areas of Lincoln and certainly all the shopping and visitor attractions.

Not quite as spotless as one would hope for -greasy spots on toaster. Very minor but noticeable. It would have been good to have a small 'welcome' folder with information about the heating/hot water/local area and so on. An extremely noisy, rowing couple in the other apartment on the same floor disturbed the first night, but with no host on the premises, little can be done about such problems.

I was given run around between Booking.com and host about security deposit on credit card. Host telling me it had to be done on the site, but was no place to actually do this and help desk telling me it had to be arranged with host. Wasted a lot of my time and in the end was waived by the host on the day I was arriving as no one could tell me how to pay it.

The apartment was comfortable & well-equipped, and clean. Location was excellent — easy walking distance to tourist sites and shops & transport, almost entirely via pedestrianised routes.

There was a little noise from the nearby night clubs on the Friday evening, as noted in the description of the apartment, but nothing out of the ordinary for a city-centre location.

Very clean and comfortable apartment, close to High Street and the castle and cathedral. Apartment on the second floor has a good view, it looks exactly as shown on the pictures. Very prompt communications on the booking app's messaging. Thank you for a great stay!

The stairs going up especially with large luggage which we were fully aware based on the description of the apartment.

Location was central and quiet. The apartment was well equiped, spotlessly clean with good appliances.

I hadn’t noticed the wifi code in the foyer would have been good to have in our apartment. We were on the top floor with stairs but they were easy to manage.
