I took this hotel because is very close to the train station and to the bus stop to go to the airport because that night I was arrived by train and my flight the day after was early. So this hotel was just perfect. They also were very kind to keep a bag that I had to leave in advance. The room was perfectly clean. My stay was just perfect, I had a good rest.

I booked this hotel because I was driving and it seemed like it would be easy to find on a large street without going into the old town. It was easy to find and the hotel staff helped me pull the car down the steep narrow ramp next door to park. I stayed two nights and I thought it was a little expensive once I added the breakfast and parking. At least it was the most expensive of my hotels in Andalusia. Maybe that’s just Granada. The first room I was given was in the front of the hotel and on the hot western facing side, which was just too hot for me to be comfortable. The hotel only has heat in the winter, no AC. They moved me to an inner courtyard room which was much better. I was able to keep the window open in order to be cool. The breakfast was quite good. The staff got me ice cubes when I needed them.
The rooms felt a little worn and the bathroom door didn’t open fully because the toilet was in the way, which was kind of odd. Not having AC because the hotel is set to heat in the winter isn’t good for people that get hot easily. Be sure to ask for a room on the inner courtyard if you want to be able to open your window to cool down. Also the hotel isn’t really convenient to the old part of town but I knew that. It was a trade off for being able to drive there more easily.

WiFi password was not provided at check in or in the room. I tried calling reception to get the wifi password but wasn’t able to connect. again because there was no info in the room about which number to press for reception... 0 and 1 didn’t work... elevators were a bit small

Buffet breakfast offered both hot and continental selection, we were happy with the choices. Location was perfect for all the places we wanted to visit. Bonus in having car parking underneath and the attendent was so helpful. We didn't realise we had to pay for it on departure, should make this clearer.
tea and coffee in the room would have been very welcome. We got take away from bakers on corner .... Lovely cakes!

Superb hotel close to the train station and not far away from old town. Thus quite a couple of nice food option and for those who like to do late evening shopping, also many shops close enough. Now to get to the Alhambra is a bit further with 30 minutes but still walking distance. Easy to get to the bus station via tram. Not in the middle of old town so still quiet enough at night should you want to open up a window.

Lovely spacious room. Loved the retro feel to the hotel. So close to the train station and short walks to the centre. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Great value for money. 24hr reception and we were able to leave our bags and then check in early.
