Hotel Tent Granada

This is an excellent location from the city centre but away from the busy traffic. The neighborhood is safe and has good links to the centre.10 mins on the bus which costs 40 cents to go to Plaza Nueva. Make sure to get the Granada card from the ticket machine and top up with 10 Euros, this card can be used in all buses in the city and those going to the Albacin. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly, although some of them do not speak good English such as the night concierge. It is ideal for businessmen, couples and families. For Muslims, the bathroom has a bidet so keeping oneself clean is not a difficulty. I found the bed very comfortable and the room clean and tidy with no dust. The rooms were cleaned daily with new linen. Excellent stay!

The hotel says it has ironing facility. Unfortunately it does not. They do not allow irons in the individual room. A laundry service is provided but one item costs 5 Euros to just Iron. The gym is run down and for anyone who does serious training clearly not ideal. The dumbells only go upto 9kg and you can only do a few exercises on the resistance machine. The jacuzzi and pool are small only suitable for a few people but nonetheless clean.

Breakfast was really nice. The reception staff was quite helpful. The rooms were kept neat and tidy.

The room had a water leak because it was underneath the swimming pool. This caused us not to sleep well as the water dropped on the laminated floor to make a loud noise. Eventually, we had to swap the room. Also, the parking charges were very high.

good location, close to railway station and bus terminus . the room was clean the bed was comfortable. free safe and fridge, hairdryer in the bathroom , on site parking, not free. don’t expect to make tea as they don’t have a kettle in the room, it’s not the Premier Inn, unfortunately

on the booking it said there was parking, true, however they charged €22 per night. One hundred metres along the road, unbeknown to me there was a public car park at €11.99 per night.

I liked the location. within walking distance of the city centre (historical sites, shops etc). it was 2 mins walk to the train station and 15 to the bus station. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were a couple of nice parks close to the hotel where you could relax in the sunshine. Plenty of local grocery stores around if you needed anything.

unfortunately (again on this trip around Spain) the advertised gym and pool was not available. This is becoming a theme and something Booking.com need to do something about. The hotel is advertising facilities that are not available and people like myself are booking on the exception that the facilities are available as advertised. No discount is being offered for the unavailability of the facilities.

I liked that is a big hotel and the room was nice and clean, location is near plaza de toros and there is carefour in front of the hotel, however did not see any other tourist attraction nearby

The person in the cafeteria is not the most polite, they don't have water heater so they send me to ask for hot water to her, it seems to be she did not like it so much… the reception staff is nice and polite

Strategic location. Very close to train station and easy access to public transport. Good walking distance to the city centre. Close to takeaways and corner shops. Comfortable bed.

Outdated furniture. No dining restaurant (although there's a café bar).

I liked everything. Staff was always friendly always helpful. Rooms were large and clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, the best I could hope for, and the fruits were fresh. Location was close to everything. Facilities were clean and in good shape. Had a wonderful time. Thank you 😊

The morning I had to leave

It was the perfect hotel for a last minute snafu. clean, reasonably priced, provided everything we needed when you caught with no luggage an stuck overnight. The bathrooms had toothbrushes and toothpaste, a comb, soap, shampoo, etc. The food from the in-house restaurant was very good.

As with most hotels, the air conditioning was either too hot or too cold. Request a room that doesn’t face the busy Avenue.

The location suited my needs perfectly. Every day I needed a taxi, and the service of obtaining the tax was exceptional. The front desk staff spoke English - BIG bonus!

They serve an exceptional buffet for breakfast but 20 euros seemed a bit high.

it’s a bit outside of the city center so 20min walking to the places of interest the windows urgently need to be cleaned. the hotel is outdated and the staff unfortunately not motivated. there are cheaper parking possibilities very close by
