Novum Hotel Graf Moltke Hamburg

loved the layout and the design of the property. The location was great. Next to all tube stations and main train station, lots of restaurants and bars and local pubs! shopping centre 5 mins walk away. perfect. we would stay again!

I found personally for me I wasn’t completely satisfied with the breakfast. we only used it once. The cold meats and cheeses and hard rolls are not really my ideal breakfast, so I went for a boiled egg and jams with toast. But would be nice to have maybe hot food aswell as cold?

Amazing stay overall! We had breakfast everyday of our stay and it was delicous and with a good variety to choose. The bedroom was really good and always very clean. The staff was always very polite and helpful. In terms of locations, in my opinion, it was one of the strongest factors of this hotel, since is very close to the Hauptbahnhof Hamburg (Hamburg Central Station), around 3 minutes by walking. Also, it has a lot of restaurants nearby you can go by walking and enjoy!

The hotel is in a beautiful historic building. The location is extremely convenient to the train and bus station and there is a supermarket nearby.

Some of the rooms are extremely small. The room keys and locks are old and there is the antiquated system of leaving the room key at the front desk. At the entrance there is a long staircase, before getting to the elevator, making it very difficult for people with limited mobility or large or heavy luggage to enter and exit the building. The neighborhood is convenient, but crowded and dirty.

Location is great in terms of being oposite of train and bus station as a convinient start point for exploring the city and surrounding cities. Breakfast is ok but can offer more variety for the money. Staff is ok proffesional. Covid regulations are highly respected. The rooms are clean.

One have to be aware that the location is in a very shady area with prostitutes drug dealers drunkards and crazy people walking and standing around and in front of hotel. If u don't mind that its ok. At breakfast 2 types of fruits and not offering natural joghurt for example is not acceptable for the money. The hotel needs a bit a of renovation .

Stayed here in May 2022 Great wee hotel, rooms were clean- we had twin rooms, which were a bit on the small side but enough for what we needed and staff were friendly enough when we needed them. Breakfast was enough for us there was bread, rolls, cheese, sliced meat, eggs cereal, fruit, yoghurt tea and coffee. (Not much choice for vegans though). The hotel is nicely located to the train station and as with all main train stations there are a number of homeless people around but no one bothered us so it was fine. I would stay here again

No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms

Single rooms were small but very adequate for the stay. Location was excellent. Near to transport links, main Train station, and buses. Everything was within walking distance and local restaurants and bars nearby with excellent food and drinks. Breakfast was good, a nice selection of cold foods and warm eggs offered. Dining room was very nice, clean, bright and well laid out. The staff at reception and breakfast were very attentive and courteous.

Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in rooms. More warm food options as breakfast. People hanging around the hotel area, outside the doors made the area seem a bit dodgy.

The room was lovely and clean and well equipped. The location was great for the Hauptbahnhof, museums, theatre and for the arty area of Lange Reihe. Breakfast was really good - lots of choice and quantity. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice to have access to drinking water to fill water bottles, and also tea and coffee, but that’s because I have been used to holidaying in Britain for the past few years where tea and coffee is available In the bedrooms.

I was only travelling through by train and stayed one night each way so the location was great. Very close to the main station. Great breakfast choices and very friendly staff.

I arrived very late in the evening after a long day of travelling and was hoping to grab some snacks anf drinks from the vending machine. But it only took cash and as I was travelling from a non euro country to another I didn't have the currency (or any form of cash truth be told). Minor thing but my only slight disappointment.

Location opposite the main station and many good restaurants. Last time we stopped in the Novum Style and it was probably better.

It was a typical German breakfast,cheese ,salami,etc. the juice was powdered and the scrambled eggs also.Nothing for the English like bacon and fried eggs.No bar like the Novum Style only a drinks machine and sweet machine

Located just 200 m from stations, rooms are good and clean. 24 hr reception is really helpful. Breakfast is good I would say for the price.

Right outside the hotel there are a lot of homeless people which gives a unsafe feeling. I didn’t like that part.
