the rooms were quite big, clean and comfortable; the reception guide was super nice and helpful!

the waiter of the restaurant was super rude; first he got angry because I remove the placing Mat so my baby wouldn’t pull it, then I picked up after my baby (some fries on the floor) and I apologized for any further mess that I wasn’t seeing (there was none left) and he told me about the placing Mat and was rude; then when we payed we selected to pay on my local currency for my bank and he yelled at me that this didn’t work that he needed to be paid in euros and I explained him that the bank will pay him in euros but in my bank statement the conversion will appear automatically instead of coverting jt; he didn’t quite got it and started yelling at us.

The room, lobby, restaurant and sauna room were all nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and made sure that all of our wishes were filled. The breakfast was definitely the best we've had. Many choises and everything was good.

The location was just a bit difficult to reach with car. Train station located also from 15min walk. There were man group drinking beer and smoking near the backdoor every night, so it was a bit uncomfortable to use the door. Also the elevator room smelled like cigarettes because of them. But overall this was just a small minus.

The room was a good size and very clean. Food in the restaurant was good and well priced and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Whilst the hotel is good, it's not in an ideal location. Its a train ride from Hamburg & then a reasonable walk from station. There's little to see/do in the area so fine for an overnight stay but I wouldn't stay longer.

The hotel location is convenient for visiting Hamburg. Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Soft big bed.

The hotel is located in the Turkish zone of the city. You get the classic service of the Anatolian coast. You must be prepared for this. Each of your requests is assessed with an additional fee. The parking lot was small and guests' cars did not fit in it.

Very nice room. Good size for two persons. Shower was of a nice size and you didnt have to wait for hot water and the shower head was lime stone free. Breakfast was good and varied

The ventilator in the bathroom in room 318 needs to be replaced. The bearing sounds to be broken. Also the door to the showercabine need a lower lip added to either the door or the bottom frame. When showering water will run out on the floor even when the door is closed tight. The scrambled eggs for breakfast really show that they come in giant bags and not freshly made.

- could give guests a tip or guide of how to go to the hotel / station in advance. coz I was got off the wrong station (Google maps shows it between two stations, but I chose the wrong one to get off) , and has to cross a very busy and dangerous road. some guests couldn’t find the station, and they ask me when I am on my way back to hotel.

We made a last minute booking at this hotel and the staff were very cooperative. We particularly liked that the room size was quite big ( double room with extra bed). Free parking was provided even late at night. Overall, good value for money, nice comfortable bed. Was perfectly ok for us a stopping point on our way. Location is not too far from Hafencity or maritime museum etc distance-wise.

The location does not look very attractive and the property itself seems a bit old. But the room was quite comfortable.

Clean, comfortable, big room for three guests and a big bathroom. Nice and helpful staff

The parking in front of the hotel was almost full and it is very narrow, so bigger cars could be problematic to park. The neighbourhood has a strange vibe and we didn't feel completely safe walking from the hotel to the train station during the day, but at night everything was quiet and there were no problems.

Staff were wonderful. Friendly, welcoming, professional and very helpful. The hotel is a little way out from the centre but only a,10 minutes walk from the local train station which has an excellent service. The hotel is well placed for the cruise terminal.

Warm welcome. The room is large, clean and comfortable, fairly well equipped; complimentary coffee and tea as well as a bottle of mineral water; their free parking in city centre is rare, but we made the choice of location because of it; the all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast with lots of choice. In-house Sanitary measures are well thought out

Hotel situated in an industrial zone and is more than 10 minutes walk from the nearest U-bahn. A fridge would have been a nice touch
