Great little place for a stopover when driving through france. very comfortable, clean and very friendly. No on site restaurant but they serve pizza and a meat/cheese platter which was all very nice. There are larger restaurants a short drive away if you require more choice. Good little bar on site and very helpful and friendly staff. Good quality breakfast included, yoghurt, fruit, pastries, breads, egg and bacon. The hotel is situated in a commercial area but it was very quiet and access was easy. We would definitely return here.

it’s slightly far from the Center but with the car is easy to access, 10 min drive. If you are not travelling with the car, for sure there are busses available.

The hotel impressed from the moment we arrived with the helpfulness of the reception staff and their really positive attitude. No issue or question was too much problem. Pointing out the availability of free coffee and water in the adjoining lounge. The breakfast room was light and airy and served as a workstation if required. We had our dog with us who was welcomed to the requested ground floor room with a chew and drink bowl. The parking was secure and a tramway into the town centre was a short walk away (although not used by ourselves The breakfast was plentiful with plenty of choice including hot food.

Lacking a restaurant, a map showing accurately the choices available locally, directions information on opening times and sample menu would have been helpful; We did find one which we could commend but this involved driving round the area!

convenient and easy to reach from the main route passing Reims. relative basic accommodation but absolutely everything you need, all done really well. very comfortable bed, spotless rooms, free hot drinks. small bar, with great wine (really exceptional) and champagne (of course) really reasonably priced. Akena will definitely be on my wish list when I'm travelling in France. tremendously helpful staff. Great place!

This is my second time in this hotel. Location is very convenient, if you arrive from highway and go back to highway. Also, there is some huge "park" / "land" near, where it is easy to go on walk with dogs. As last visit, by writing on booking, i asked to reserved the charger for electrical car.

I took a room for 2 persons, it was a bit small considering that we had 2 dogs. Breakfast, as a little bit simple, but i assume, it is related with the room price.

The staff was super helpful to accommodate me and my dog, and provide help to use the EV charger. The hotel itself is pretty nice, it looks very new. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast options were good enough. The location of the hotel is not close to the center but handy for highway and there’s a decent park across the street for walks.

Excellent service, warm welcome. Very convenient to the A26. Clean, tidy and the accessible room was superb - my husband who is in a wheelchair was able to access everything. The bottomless tea and coffee was a great touch and very much appreciated. It was great value for money. The bar was great and had a lovely range of local beers and wine. The bar were very accommodating in making alcohol free cocktails for my husband. The hotel is modern, clean and tidy. It is a 500m easy walk to a local restaurant for food. The hotel is a great stopover destination for heading back to Calais.

All was perfect with what we expected and paid for the room.

Very convenient location off the motorway. They allow pets which is super helpful! Overall very comfortable room and bed. They have an electric car charger which you can reserve which is really useful. The staff are great and really friendly, always happy to help. This is our second time staying and will definitely be back again.

Not the hotel’s fault but there aren’t many good restaurants within walking distance. You can get the train into town which is very easy to do but as we had a pet in the hotel we didn’t want to go far.

Perfect stopover hotel. Easy access from the motorway, free parking, hot meals available (with a much wider selection than expected), pet friendly and clean comfortable rooms (with a good mattress, powerful shower and full blackout blinds). Staff were friendly, there was a nice looking bar and a good selection of gifts available for any last minute purchases. We left very early so didn’t get to try the breakfast, but we were already aware of this when we booked, so it didn’t impact our stay at all.

There was nothing we didn’t like but breakfast could be served a little earlier maybe or takeaway boxes offered for those leaving very early.

Very good experience with the hotel. The staff was very welcoming, the rooms were impeccable clean and meeting all the standards. Our dog was also very well accommodated. The tram to the city center is very useful for a fast commute to the city and back. There was free coffee and a water fountain available with bottles that you can take to the room. Champagne was available at the bar and some food as well.

We did not encounter any major problems during our stay. Rooms are a bit small (as the hotel is 3-stars) but they are above other 3-stars standards that we have seen and are well equipped and generally the hotel has a modern look.
