Friendly front desk lady! Garage for MC under the reception! :) Spacious room with some view! The price was very good by Reim's standards. A doggy friendly place!

staff was friendly and kind, very helpful. check-in was quick. Loved the location 5min away from the train station yet far enough so that you feel you are in town yet not bothered by the trains. Location is residential and modern, quiet at night. The rooms are very economical too. only paid 65 EUR a night with a super large, kitchen equipped room and large bathroom (in which the toiliet was - which I do not mind).The room also has a boiler and coffee machine (filter) and all glass/cutlery/plates you need in addiition to the stove and fridge. The heating was working well (including in the bathroom) and the toilettry was clean. Contrary to my earlier review in 2021, I found the noise insulation was very good and improved (my room was on a lower floor as well). I can only recommend this place.

We booked this last minute, based off price and we need a family room because we are a family of four with a young child. Got to building and saw the check in office and I was concerned I messed up in my choice, it looked rundown. We parked car in garage and went to room with low expectations (I was thinking I was going to be like Motel 6 or something), and was shocked! The room was very clean and nice like in the photos. Bed was pulled out of couch for us. Tub was deep and shiny clean! We walked to go find dinner at around 9pm and felt totally safe! It was close to the main pedestrian area with tons of restaurants. We have a little one so the walk takes us longer then most, but I think it was only maybe 10 minutes to get there and it was easy. The parking was convenient . It is a cute town and we slept well.

The breakfast wasn’t worth it. It was two pieces of bread, a piece of really good cheese, oj, and powdered coffee.

Comfortable bed in clean well lit modern room with kitchenette & nice bathroom. Friendly reception staff. A 3 to 5 minute walk from the back of the train station (Clairmarais exit) & a 10 minute walk into the town centre. I would stay here again when the weather is not hot and provided I didn't have to walk there alone in the dark at night from the centre. While the surrounding streets are quiet there is a really good little boulangerie just 1 min walk away that also makes coffee. There's a simple modern pizza restaurant just 5 mins walk with good pizza.

As per other reviews, even in early summer when it wasn't very hot, my West facing room was very warm. It cooled down at night with the window open but some people wouldn't want to stay there mid summer with just a fan. However, I wouldn't want to walk there in the dark from the city alone as the streets may be very deserted. This is not a problem in the long days of late autumn / early summer. While it is more like a one bedroom apartment I would have liked them to at least have a couple of tea bags.

The self-catering room was big, clean, and well-equipped and the bed was large and comfortable. My room was at the back of the building overlooking a grass quadrangle and it was exceptionally quiet. There is an excellent supermarket 5 mins walk from the hotel and it is in easy walking distance to the railway station.

Although the accommodation will provide a hairdryer on request, a hairdryer in the room would have been appreciated. This type of accommodation also usually provides an iron and ironing board, which again is available on request.

Very nice short stop accommodation. The apartment was big enough for our family and had the basic necessities. We had no issues staying with our dog. Very clean, although the feeling is of a pretty old building/ apartment. We spent most of our time outside, walking around Reims - the location is very convenient, very close to the centre (maybe 5 minutes walking). The free parking was a great perk.

I liked how the hotel was in good proximity to the city centre which had all the attractions such as the cathedral and has lots of restaurants and had many shops and was close to the park. We liked the underground parking, which was priced reasonably. We loved how the staff were welcoming and were straight to the point. The WiFi was quick and was accessible all around the hotel

We didn't like how there was a small range of kitchen tools. The lift felt unstable and made creaking noises as we went up.

The room was huge, with a separate bedroom and living room/kitchen with microwave, kettle, fridge and stove. Location was good, away from the main thoroughfare but just 10-15 minutes' walk away. Check in was easy. Underground parking with the hotel needs to be reserved in advance; they were full when we got there but street parking was easy to get and payable only from 9 am-7 pm. Since we were out most of the time in the car, we parked in the street.

Bathtub was quite high and very slippery. I can already see accidents; suggest the hotel does not put a mat in the tub. No air conditioning but not a problem for us as it was quite cold in May and there was a standing fan and big windows (leave open at your own risk).

The apt room is super big and have a bathroom with a bath separate from the toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped, super friendly for travelers.

Maybe the stuff can be a little bit more happy when receiving a guest and a little more friendly. The location is near the railway station but on the other side different than the cathedral, and there is no way to get off the train and walk directly to the station on its side.

It was better than I expected for the price, parking was a definite bonus. Location was a little out of the way, but no more than I expected. The lady on the desk was very helpful indeed, and suggested a really good restaurant when asked.

A little noisy in the neighborhood, it was warm so couldn’t close the window as no Air Conditioning, I’m guessing being a Saturday night, it should have been expected in a residential area.
