Domaine les Crayères

The grounds are absolutely stunning. The staff is very professional, friendly, courteous and accommodating. Cocktail and happy hour time are lively in a beautiful setting outside at the terrace. The indoor jardin area has a Scottish motif with what seems like a great variety of whiskeys and single malts and another area to enjoy indoors. We had dinner at Le Parc. The dinner service was exceptional. Overall the most memorable part of the stay was the setting and the service. I highly recommend people visit the region as an absolute must stay.

You can hear some creaking noises from the floors but it's to be expected as it is an old chateau. I wish there was more amenities like an outdoor pool.

we loved everything about the property. It is the most spectacular mansion we have ever stayed in and it has been decorated and furnished with no expense spared. every attention to detail has been done but also made to feel as if if we were staying in a private home. totally truly divine in every way!!

the only request I would make is please replace the hairdryer with one that is easier to operate. I found having to continually depress the handle very difficult to manage.

This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. Our room was magnificent and filled with art. We loved the breakfast at the hotel and got to enjoy the 2 Michelin Star restaurant. The Chateau is also located walking distance from Veuve-Cliquot, Pommery, and Maison Ruinart. Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay in Champagne.

The staff were very accommodating. We thought we had booked to eat in the restaurant (michelin starred) as an 'all in'package but it turned out we were booked into the brasserie. They were very helpful at changing it back. The garden was lovely. Arrival very carefully handled, including lovely glass of champagne on the terrace. Mattress on the fabulously big bed (which often they are not!) - was simply sublime. Best night's sleep in ages. And of course, the food was excellent - as was the service. And a great team effort in terribly difficult times.

pillows not good at all. But they are sorting this out - and going to offer a pillow's menu. Noise from traffic on all sides of our lovely bed room - not great with the windows open. But Ok if windows shut.

This place is part of the culture and it is an high end destination. If you want to live the experience at full this is the right place. Do not miss the 2 Stars restaurant and enjoy quality food and experience the culinary atmosphere.

The place is just perfect, don't try to reflect any negativity as you won't find it.

the overall comfort, size of rooms, the view, the history of the accommodation. the staff were exceptional. felt like you were taken back in time. was best place we stayed on our trip… we were away for 4 weeks.

Would have appreciated some English speaking channels on the tv. We could find BBC world but it didn’t work. A small point but something we would have liked

The property is stunning. Beautiful gardens, incredible updated rooms. Marie-Liesse Ployez was particularly amazing! She took care of all the details so that our stay would be magical.

Staff amazing. Le Parc restaurant is one of kind. The continental breakfast experience is the best we have had in Europe. Only thing that makes it 4.99 stars is the bed pillows and sheets could be a better quality. Truly a 5 star hotel in a great location.
