Residhome Reims Centre

Central location, spacious, loved the fridge plus ability to cook if you’d like Secure carpark at back of hotel tho no direct hotel access from there

No aircon which if available would have given it a near perfect score. Fan supplied after we explained that there wasn’t one in the room despite the receptionist stating it was. Breakfast not taken as pricey Parking is a pain initially as you have to check in to get parking pass so one of you has to stay with car whilst other walks length of hotel to reception, only then to come out and park in official carpark. Would be better if you could check in with car then leave to park in official carpark- would be immensely difficult on your own

Our room was very comfortable and fitted out with everything you need to cook a meal although it's a 5 min walk to the pedestrian mall where all the restaurants begin in the Centre of town. It's right next to the train station but with the windows closed you didn't hear the trains. Parking was convenient and next door to the hotel. It's an easy walk to the Champagne houses which are mostly all close to each other for tours. We didn't try the breakfast

Nice size studio, good bed and pillows. Quiet, asked for quiet room and was given park side which is excellent...stored luggage as no storage at station. Could use it for a longer stay and be happy. Bus stop nearby or more at station.

Having to walk round a block to hotel even though you can see it from main street. No a/c but fan in room, though not needed, it was cold for August outside...16-18 degrees. Heaters not needed. Entrance is at end of drive in and not on the street...but basically these are all minor issues.

Really fantastic location. The heating was excellent. Really Disabled / Accessible friendly with Disabled Parking right at the front entrance. You are able to open windows for fresh air if/when required. All bedding and towels were of high quality 100% Cotton. Everything worked. Great shower and Hot Water. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Only minor recommendation. The floors need a good clean / stripping as the grouting is really soiled from age. Floor surface is clean to walk on just the grouting is really dark dirty colour.

A comfortable apartment with a nice Kitchen to enable self catering which is a bonus. The staff were very helpful, they assisted us in notifying our lease car company to arrange a repair to our vehicle. Overall, I would recommend this Hotel for comfort, 5 min walk to the centre with many shops & Restaurants.

The room was a good size with a practical kitchenette and large bathroom. The location is excellent near bus stops, the station and tram, and a short walk to many restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor and had good ventilation and a park view. It was much quieter than we thought being near the station. Reims itself is lovely to visit, with the champagne caves, historic buildings, lively atmosphere and excellent public transport.

Entry access from the station end would be useful.

Very good value for money and the location was good.

It was not super clean, especially the floors, but mostly it was fine. Only thing bad about the stay were the staff. They messed up our booking with giving us the wrong room type (a double instead of 2 single beds) after giving us a confirmation a few days prior that we would get single beds. I understand that this can happen and while annoying, I wasn’t pissed at the hotel until I experienced how the staff acted when I told them about this mistake. They were completely dismissive and when I complained upon checkout that no one had even said the simple word “sorry”, the lady in the reception didn’t even think of saying sorry herself. I did not get the impression they cared about customer satisfaction.

Great location , the centre of Reims was within walking distance along with a large choice of restaurant's. The room was good for this type of budget accommodation , it also had cooking facilities if required. The secure car park was good . this is our second visit and we will return

Nothing it was as expected .

Clean, well-equipped rooms. Centrally located, near the train station, within easy walking distance to the center. Private, secure parking overground - perfect for having a roofbox. Although close to the train tracks the soundproofing was fine, so I slept very well.

Residhomme Reims Centre was excellent. Maybe just say that when driving the barrier will lift when pressing the button .

Blaze on reception was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly good. They managed to give us a ground floor room as we had the dogs with us so that was very helpful. It was just over the road from the park so also good for the dogs. Very central and we couldn't hear the train line.

Car park acces (parking requires booking) not as clear when you first arrive.
