Appart’City Confort Reims Centre

Friendly staff, good location and easy walk to town, plenty of reasonably priced street parking - approx 10 Euros for 36 hours. Receptionist offered us a fan as room hot due to very warm weather. The standard is similar to Holiday Inn Express. The basic continental breakfast is fine to start the day.

Not being able to get fresh milk to make a cup of tea. The local shop had closed and Receptionist said they don't have milk at the Apartments. The option to buy a small container of fresh milk for use in the room would have been nice. The Apartments have access to communal gardens which are scruffy and overgrown - I don't think the owner of the Apartments has any responsibility for the gardens but it would give a much nicer appearance to The Apartments.

Simple but nice accommodation. The reception works 24h, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and for those who are travelling with a pet, there is even a garden on the building where dogs can play. Parking is not difficult to find in the neighborhood, and its possible paid parking, but a block away, there are free spots. Nearby you find supermarkets, pharmacy, and within 5 minutes you reach an avenue with many nice bars and restaurants. The centre ville is a pleasant 5 to 10 min walk. We got breakfast in one of the nice boulangeries on the avenue down, and would sit by the balcony to start the day. Very nice and I recommend it!

The room is very small - and if you are travelling with a big dog, it may be difficult to fit in there.

600-700m from the Cathedral. Quiet neighbourhood one road away from a thoroughfare. Given a top floor room (4th) that offers a good view of surrounding mountains and the Notre Dame cathedral. Can see the Reims football stadium too. Staff speaks good English and are very friendly and helpful. They also offer very good value buffet breakfast and the staff manning the restaurant is very courteous. There is also a supermarket just outside the apartment compound (1 minute walk) which sells almost everything, including Haidilao hotpot ingredient! Pot and pans available in the room. Overall a comfy, very safe and a great value stay which is a short walk from the Ruinart, Pommery and other Champagne houses. Recommended.

The position is great, located nearby the cathedral and the center of the city. The structure and the rooms are modern. Parking was easy to find. Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable with viewing on the cathedral and big restroom.

The ventilation system of the room was a bit noisy but the staff was reactive and came to arrange it. I was expecting the daily cleaning service in the room which did not appear.

Nice personel, location is OK. The rooms were nice and big enough. Small kitchen so if you want you can cook. Fridge and even a small dishwasher. The terras is nice for a drink. Bathroom was really spacy.

There were some fans, but because it was really warm, damp weather we did miss airco. There is no private parking, so you have to find a place in the streets (not free).

The location of the hotel was excellent. We were very close to the town center with the beautiful cathedral, restaurants, tourist information, and also close to a number of different champagne vineyards. Rooms were very comfortable and staff was very pleasant. We had to pay for street parking via the Easypark app, but it was very easy to do, and not expensive at all.

Central Reims, very easy walking distance to the City Centre, parking outside (free in the evenings) local supermarket, lift to help you get your luggage to your room. Excellent breakfast. Really good apartment complex.

Having stayed here twice I can't think of anything negative to say. Directions to some free parking would be useful but that hasn't stopped us going back.

A nice hotel located at 8 minutes by walking from the Reims Cathedral. Clean rooms, good location. Located at a very nice district, with very nice and "prestigious" surrounding. CLEAN - that is very important.

Breakfast is a weak point, to avoid saying anything else. Rooms - it is a room, not an apartament. Corridors - like in a typical French hotel - more or less they look like from films from South America prisons….

Super friendly and helpful gentleman at Reception in the afternoon shift, who was always happy to go the extra mile. Functional and cozy room with a terrace. The hotel is located in the city centre with easy access to all parts of the city.

The location is superb within walking distance to the main attractions of Reims. The room is equipped with all the amenities one can expect, including dishes for use if needed.

The room with the balcony could you use a little tending to, especially my balcony had a broken chair which could not be used.
