Great location for travelling around, short walking distance from the train station, museums, old town etc and lot of great restaurants around! The staff were really great, very welcoming and happy to help. I was able to drop my bags off and change since I arrived earlier than check in, received a lovely handwritten note when I arrived and got an umbrella the one day it rained (may not seem like much, but these little things make a difference). The room was great, much bigger than the picture showed, lots of light pouring in and there's a convenient little kitchen area too. And very clean. Room service was great too and again, all the staff were so friendly!

Exceeded our expectations in every way. Perfect location, 3 minute (2 blocks) to the sea/Promenade. Friendly and helpful staff, especially helpful to us with our limited French. The suite/apartment was spacious and comfortable with our own private balcony. Very safe neighborhood with multiple shopping and dining spots all around. We had a car and they do have two on site parking spots you must reserve in advance, however they have a recommended parking garage near by (25 per day). This was our first visit to France and we have fallen in love with Nice and the Jay Hotel!

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff! Breakfast was good! With salty and sweet options available. The selection of French cheeses was especially tasty! Also, it’s very nice that quests can have some tea or coffee downstair at lobby! The room was also very clean and cozy. I would definitively choose this hotel for my next stay in Nice!

The bathroom could be better as the shower head was working poorly.

There are many things I enjoyed about this property. First and foremost, the location. Minutes to the beach and accessible to many places in the city center of Nice. They have umbrellas and parasols available for use. A fantastic dispensable water station and microwave available in the lobby. The sofa bed is pretty good considering and set up almost like two single beds. The primary bed is comfy. Overall, very clean too. We had a terrace, which was enjoyable too! Side note, our friend wasn’t feeling well one of the nights, and they let my other friend and I use the dining area to eat our takeout which was very kind. Didn’t rush us either. Huge shout outs to Alain to making our stay extra fun and welcoming. It’s incredible how he remembers so many of the guests. It’s obvious that he’s a guest favorite. We hope to see him again on our next stay! Also, a shout out to Pauline(?) who bag tagged our bags and supported in some of our mornings. She’s very attentive and her level of customer care is very genuine. Great presence to have!

It was a little disappointing but it’s important to note for others that their amenity for late check outs aren’t available during high season, even though they’re not fully booked. I was informed they weren’t fully booked the night before and couldn’t get even an hour late check out, which we were willing to pay too.

Lovely little find, Alan who did the night shift was just brilliant and so friendly and helpful. Really made out stay and remembered our names and took time to talk to us. Great location, great room - we had a lounge area and kitchenette too. Enjoyed the table football and bar facilities. Would go back for sure

Breakfast was a little pricy so we opted out of it.

Attention was fantastic. Rooms were very clean and specious. Breakfast with nice variety. Very helpful and kind staff. Location is superb! Amazing comfortable bed. This the place to stay if you want a real feel for warmth and charm of Nice. Very peaceful and gracious atmosphere. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything else was rallye great! Well situated, nice deco elements, lots of space. A favorite place!

We had a lovely stay at the Jay Hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk to everything. The staff were all very helpful, we got some recommendations for restaurants which were both spot on! They also allowed us to check out a later due to our flight times and arranged a taxi to the airport. Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast had a great variety and the pastries were so fresh and delicious! Our room was lovely, funky decor, very clean and the bed was comfy!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Jay Hotel! We spent the first few nights of our honeymoon here, getting the chance to explore around Nice and surrounding villages. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special, they even ordered red heart balloons for our room - it was such a nice surprise! The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was also lovely, I definitely recommend it as a nice way to start the day :)

Room was immaculate, and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was great except the shower was a bit hinky, although the water pressure was amazing. WE LOVED THE STAFF!!! Everyone was really helpful and pleasant, and they really made us feel welcomed. Location was a short walk from train station and close to Promenade Anglaise and Old Town.

Lighting didn't work everywhere in the room.
