Hotel des Arceaux

Bar fridge was useful. New bathroom - very modern multi function shower. Balcony and air conditioning were both appreciated. Sitting in the garden for breakfast was lovely. Helpful and kind staff. Good location for walking into the heart of Montpellier.

Breakfast was limited for the price - a pastry, some bread, a juice, a yoghurt and hot drink. Home made fruit salad was a nice touch. The hotel has original spiral staircases to some of the rooms- for noting if you're not good with stairs.

The staff were extremely helpful. My luggage was lost and they tried their best to help, even providing me with a charger cable for my phone which was life saving! I felt like I was staying at a family's house, wonderful ambiance and personalized service. This place is definitely the only place I would like to stay if I'm ever in Montpellier again.

Very minor comment about the bathtub in the room I was in, it was a bit uncomfortable to get out of the tub, it seem a little bit too high.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The hotel is well situated and the accomodation is comfortable. However, it was truly the staff that elevated my experience here.

The wifi was not functional for my needs. I was travelling for work and rely on good internet. I had to use my personal mobile.

Beautiful little oasis in the centre of town. Loved the shady court yard for breakfast and the occasional bit of work. Comes with a cat and occasionally a dog, a bonus for me! Excellent value for money, will definitely recommend. Lovely staff were all super helpful although I dont speak any French whatsoever.

Very nice staff. Room was quite nice and with all necessary stuff. The location is good, not in the very city center - therefore a little easier to come with car - but still 10 to 15' on foot to the center.

Small-ish room and toilette. No elevator - but the personal was very nice and offered to help with the luggage :)

Service and quality we're exceptional 👌 The customer experience is very important to the owner and that's visible in the whole stay!

Nothing to don't like. The standard room is a bit small but that was our own choice. So nothing to complain 😁

Great breakfast in a lovely little garden in the back.

The only complaint I have is about all the noise from everything that was going on at the front desk ( phone ring and conversations )The room being right up the stairs from the reception.

It's a smart, nicely designed hotel. Our room was compact veering on tight but perfectly comfortable. It's location is a bit out of the way but - as a result - it's very peaceful. The garden to the rear was a real bonus.

For the price, not a lot.

Very friendly staff at the reception and at breakfast. Great location near aquaduct. Parking reservation is to be advised

Poor wifi, but 5 G is a good alternative

Typically French, elegant and attractive. Wonderful view of the viaduct which runs down the length of the road. Stunning.
