Size of the room. Decent surroundings, pretty close to town center. Parking available underground for 20 eur/day. Good variety of products at breakfast.

Lack of proper Customer Service. No solution oriented approach, especially at the Reception. More on the Defensive. Valid for part of the personnel. Breakfast- terrace not clean, leftovers picked up late. Chairs pretty dirty. During a crisis sutuation (eggs - daily omelette available - lacking for more than 10 mins. , no water, no coffee machine working, people queuing) Mngt. was not present, despite being visible during the other days. Some stains on the plates. Must be smtgh. related to the washing machine. Cleaning - pyjamas thrown away on the luggage. The Cleaning staff definitely forgot to pick those up when leaving the room. But this gives you a good perspective over how the cleaning is handled.

The fact that hotel parking space was full and we had to park at the train station’s parking, which was horrible to reach by car. We also couldn’t have dinner at the restaurant because it was full. In summary, plan your stay in advance so you can guarantee the parking space at the hotel’s garage and a table at the restaurant.

Very comfortable and clean room - nice room to come back to after a day out - fridge, kettle, and dressing gown all appreciated. Very comfortable bed, resulting in a good night's sleep. Excellent location - by the Saint Roche train station, minutes from the tram stops and less than 10 minutes walk to town. Right by a taxi rank, which was useful Helpful, friendly staff Breakfast area spacious and comfortable with indoor and outside seeting, Loved the hotel and ideal for a short or long stay.

Breakfast buffett was very adequate, but the scrambled eggs, possibly made from powdered eggs, were inedible. For meat eaters, the cold buffet looked good, but for vegetarians, it was really just cereal, bread, and cheese (plus poatoes and beans on some days only). For the number of staff working at breakfast, I'm not sure why replenishing the bread and hot food took so long.

Restaurant closed 2of the nights we were there Went for snack in bar to be told had to order by scanning QR code to get menu. No menus available. However on going back up to get iPhone from room noticed a full paper menu of what was available at the Spa on the elevator wall Would it not be possible to print off even one paper copy of the menu in French English Spanish to have on hand? Would seem excellent customer service to me!

Location-wise, it was right next to Montpellier Gare St Roch and although it's a more downtown area, was super quiet and close to everything you need to see the city. The room was designed very cleverly, and we had lots of space to unpack. The beds were massive and really comfortable too. Special mention to the gorgeous fitness room!

Small thing, but the kettle was ultra modern and part of its design meant it had no handle. Quite dangerous really as the whole thing got really hot. Maybe something less trendy, and more functional would be good!

The Hotel is directly across from the Montpellier Railway station and only a 5 minute walk to the centre of town. Very modern well eqipped rooms. The hotel restaurant on the first floor (Chez Delagare) was excellent - a real surprise.

The Hotel is called the Hotel Belaroia, (not as described on Booking.com) and is located opposite the rail station. The hotel backs on to Rue Pegazy, but the front door is on the corner near the Station. No point looking for Rue Pegazy! Rue Jules Ferry is the correct address. So the way the hotel is described on the Booking.com website is confusing.

This is hotel is in a very central location, with easy access to everything. The room we got was large and well setup. The staff at front desk and breakfast was very helpful.

The rooms are not well maintained or functional, toilet was leaking, parts had fallen of the shower mixer etc. There was couch in the room, but the TV faced the bed rather than couch, the couch faced a wall. Also house keeping came while I was in the room and did not come in, as I was there. After that, they never came back although we were not in the room!

The beds.... Oh my god. Easily the most comfortable night's sleep I've ever had. It's worth staying just for the beds (and pillows). Simply 12/10. Rooms are also beautiful and very well appointed. Location is also excellent.breakfast options were also great with everything you could want and very fresh and tasty.

Restaurant bar services was a bit slow and chaotic. Food took forever to arrive even though I could see it placed on the service table by the kitchen door for about 10 minutes and of course it was cold by the time I actually got it (no one likes cold fries). Asked for a glass for the water, twice. Never got it. I feel there were not enough staff available to deal with everyone quickly enough (it was a Friday evening).

The hotel is located right beside the train station and the area around the train station is actually very nice - clean and safe, and of course well served by public transport. It is just a short walk to the centre of Montpellier. The staff were very helpful with restaurant reservations, and there is also a nice bar in the hotel including an extensive terrace. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Montpellier. It was good value for money and a nice place to come back to after a day out and about.

There was nothing not to like.

Great location if you are travelling to the city via train, situated exactly opposite the station. City center and some great restaurants within 10-20' walking distance. Staff was helpful and friendly, even though we felt that senior staff was on vacation during our visit (mid-August). Modern, spacious rooms & great bathroom. Breakfast was just fine and we loved both the inside and terrace area used for it.

Room soudprofing was average but not a serious issue. Mini bar not working as intended, could not even chill some water we had for our walks. They offered to look into it but we were only there for 2 nights, so we didn't bother. Bed linen was a bit too small for the bed and kept coming off.
