EK Hotel

Breakfast was delicious.. I am gluten and dairy free so it would have been nice to have a few more options, or items marked in more detail with their allergens.

The workout bench in the gym was broken and I actually fell off it while working out. Luckily the weights I was holding landed on the floor next to me and not on me. I told the front desk about it and not only wasn't it fixed right away, but there was no sign or anything put on the bench to warn people. When I left it had still not been repaired. Since your gym was very limited to begin with, not having the bench was a major disappointment.

I loved EK Hotel! Very confortable, spacious and silent room (mine was with a view to the garden). Great location, with a lot of excellent restaurants and cafes just downstairs. An extra compliment to the hotel staff, that is not only polite, but also extremely professional in every way, including effective comunication in Booking chat. I recomend the hotel and would stay there again, for sure!

I did't like the breakfast. I took only one day and it doesn´t match with such a nice hotel. Fortunately, Semolina and Crepes and Waffles are downstairs and I went there the other days.

This is a beautiful property, very well located and staff is very courteous. I was able to walk to most restaurants and was easy to grab a taxi just on the street if required. They serve really good coffee for breakfast and there are enough options included to eat. But there are plenty of great breakfast places around as well just walking distance. My room had a nice mountain view and was very comfortable. I like when I don't have to ask for extra pillows and blankets as they were already available in the room. The bar within had plenty of good wines and scotch collection which I loved. Everyone was really accommodating to me as I don't speak very good Spanish. Overall a lovely stay.

EK is a lovely modern hotel located in a good area of Bogota, close to shopping malls and to great restaurants and bars. The staff at the hotel were all really friendly and helpful and dealt with and resolved an issue we had with no problem. Good English spoken which helped us and great restaurant recommendations including Andres DC which is an experience to be had! We had 2 x Junior Suites and the rooms were great with really comfortable beds and a lovely shower. Great design throughout the hotel.

First rooms we were allocated were on a lower floor and had awful views of a/c unit and of broken derelict roofing - we changed these to higher rooms and I would recommend that.

The room design in terms of engineering was great. The amount of storage space and the clever way in which it was laid out impressed me. As part of the service experience I found the staff very friendly and eager to help.

For me personally the bed was too hard but a quite thick mattress topper was provided which improved the issue. The food and beverage department needs quite some improvement. Room service food was cold and dry and clearly not fresh. The breakfast choices were small and traditional, however changed each day which made the overall choice better.

The variety on every day options for breakfast was incredile, very good and healthy food, Included in the night price amazing. The rooms very spacious and confortable bed, beautifull decor and amenitys with a wonderfull smell. Super clean spaces every day. Amazing location, 5 blocks away from Zona T, Andino and Retiro malls. Very good restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

I can not find anything I did not like.

Excellent location, great beds in the large standard room. If you don’t find what you want for breakfast they will make it for you. A nice bar area and all staff were helpful and smiling. Great value hotel.

They should pay their lovely staff more than the minimum wage.

the location and the modern looks of hotel is great staff at the bar were extremely accommodating to our need on one particular night

the breakfast did not change during the stay, a repeat everyday gets tiring. access to parking has to be done by hotel staff the hotel key does not work for that area. coffee and hot water we always needed to wait for the service instead of just being there for self service.

kudos to the whole staff from receptionists to cleaning ladies… they are kind and welcoming. Mr Carlos Garcia went out of his way to help us in every way possible! The location is literally the best in bogota in terms of nightlife, restaurants, shopping and safety!

Property is amazing. Location is close enough from most bars and amazing restaurants but far enough to not here the noise. Decoration of this hotel is wow! The lighting, the set up it’s just all perfect.

I liked everything.
